We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and on one evening requested toothbrushes from the night shift manager. She informed us there were none in stock and flatly refused to provide any, adding that it was housekeeping’s fault and that she “doesn’t care anyhow.” The dismissive and rude attitude was completely unnecessary for such a simple request. Toothbrushes are a standard amenity, and being spoken to that way left a very poor impression after an otherwise decent stay. Future guests should be aware that night service may not be reliable for even basic items. We hope the hotel addresses staff training and guest care standards.

Really well located hotel on the edge of Beaune. Great and easy parking, simple route from the motorway. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Very dog friendly (she was allowed in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast)

Easy to find, plenty of parking, good welcome, room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nice walk into the centre (under 10 mins so just right to walk off the supper). Enjoyed our aperitif in the bar and breakfast was the usual Mercure excellent standard with plenty of local produce which is always one of the highlights.

Very easy to get to from the motorway with a quick walk to the town. Noisy room due to the bin trucks, coaches and food deliveries turning up in the early hours of the morning.
