Regarding your comments about the room, we would like to inform you that water bottles are not provided in the rooms. However, reusable bottles are available on loan at the reception. They can be used throughout your stay and refilled at any time at the water fountain located in the hotel lobby. As for the safe, please note that it is available in our Privilege room categories.
