However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that your previous breakfast experience during your stay in July led you to decide not to book breakfast on this occasion. We have taken careful note of your comments regarding the selection of fruit, the quality of the pastries and the coffee provided by our machines. Your feedback has been shared directly with our Breakfast Manager, who is deeply committed to continuously improving the quality of our breakfast offering, with a particular focus on fresh, locally sourced products from Beaune and the Burgundy region. Regarding the sign about food waste, we sincerely regret that its message may have offended you or given you the impression that we wished to limit how much our guests could eat. A very good overnight stay. The hotel room was very clean and had everything I expected. It was quiet and we slept well. We stay here at least once a year. I stopped booking breakfast with you this time as I was disappointed in the quality of the breakfast buffet when we stayed here in July. The fruit selection and viennoiseries available were not good enough, and the coffee machines produced poor quality coffee. I was also offended by your sign to serve myself reasonably as you were fighting against food waste. I eat very little at breakfast and object to being told how much to eat!

We have stayed many times in this hotel, the reception staff give a warm welcome and restaurant and bar staff always friendly and helpful. The snack bar and the restaurant menu provides a range of options. The restaurant also has a good selection of wines. The rooms have been recently renovated providing a fresh and comfortable experience.

All was fine except woken at 5.30am by the noise of repeated wheeling of luggage to the coach(es) which were parked on the ramp up to the main entrance. Very annoying.

This is our 3rd time at the hotel and once again we had a good experience. The rooms have been refreshed and are much brighter. The bar area and pool are very inviting and the food available on a limited menu all cooked well. The variety of fresh food available for breakfast is also welcomed. Disappointed with rooms. We had just stayed in a ibis style suite with balcony in Dreux centre which wasnt as expensive and breakfast was included

Room has not been made on second day of our 2 nights stay, we even asked for it at the consierge she noted it and nothing happened.

Despite setting the air conditioning to its lowest temperature, the room remained uncomfortably warm, which severely disrupted our sleep during our stay We ordered coffee intending to enjoy it by the poolside during our morning swim. However, the waitress instructed us to fetch the coffee from the restaurant ourselves, which we found to be unacceptable service. While not expansive, the room provides a practical and functional amount of space

I got the room on first floor, just on top of the loading dock of hotel! 7 am, i had to wake up with loud bang bang sound after i went to bed at 2am. I do the road trip which i need a good sleep for next day ride. But i couldn’t have good rest at all

We've stayed in your hotel quite a few times, the last one before this visit was in 2023 and the first sometime in early 1990's. We were relatively satisfied, but there were things that did not proceed as smoothly as they should have.
