The property was well located and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available. Also, major kudos for one particular item: in the shower, there was an additional bottle of shampoo that was NOT affixed to the wall! Hooray, finally someone who understands that there’s just no way to get shampoo out of those ridiculously-affixed bottles!!!! The breakfast buffet was very nice, although not the most plentiful we’ve seen, but with the exception of the fill-your-own teabags and napkins, there was no paper to be found anywhere in the dining area. Hooray! There were lovely salt & pepper shakers on each table, ceramic coffee cups, and blocks of butter (salted and sweet): I’m in heaven!

nice place…handy for town centre…excellent team of people running the place day to day. room…average at best…virtually no furniture…a couple of decent chairs…a wardrobe…drawers… none..just spaces to put stuff… no glasses or water…paper cups only….COVID IS OVER…! no excuse for this sort of cheap behaviour…certainly not at mercure prices… i would be reluctant to stay in another mercure hotel unless i was stuck… not a great image… good staff let down by poor senior management…

A pleasant surprise after a previous visit in 2022, the hotel was fully renovated with very comfortable rooms and beds, a delightful bar and breakfast/restaurant room. Located walking distances from Beaune center, with a free and accessible private parking (incl Tesla charging pods), the hotel is the ideal place for an upscale stay in Beaune. Generous and full breakfast, attentive staff, Bravo !
