The room service is bad. Reception calls are unanswered. English language of staff is weak.

I had a hair transplant procedure close by and stayed during my surgery and recovery. All staff were very welcoming and non-judgmental making me feel comfortable while getting used to a new look. The complimentary breakfast was great and pool amenities relaxing
