The weather was hot, and the room was also very warm because the air conditioner was not working. I called them several times, and they said they would send someone, but no one came

Staff was great! Especially the room service crew and great breakfast buffet. Front desk calling when my drivers would arrive was also very nice service. AC was broke in the room though. Also behind the bathroom mirror is always veryyy hot which I imagine is just the hot water pipes behind it but it’s a very noticeable heat from behind the mirror

Novotel consistently offers beds with good support and fiber quality and a wonderful hot shower with good water pressure. If you must work away from home, then it's great knowing you will consistently get these creature comforts.
