I did not have a worming phone in room 2804 so twice (evening and morning) I used my mobile to contact front desk as the tv was not working. Once no aerial fitted and in the morning the remote needed replacing. Not the end of the works but inconvenient.

It was our wedding anniversary 39 years. Told receptionist as she asked why we staying. First time we never received something extra from Accor ( extra free drinks or bottle of wine chocolates) room was noisy close to elevators just didn’t feel special on our annual night away. Missed opportunity

Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Room would have been better if provided with a proper kettle. Location of hotel was excellent. Good food great breakfast buffet and lovely large bar. Reasonable swimming pool which I used every day.

Room well set up, comfy bed but these days so much relies on technology, I would love the alternative of paper hotel information. Staff all helpful.
