Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your first stay with us, and thank you as well for being a member of the ALL loyalty programme. We are pleased to see that you appreciated the cleanliness of your room, to which you gave a score of 8/10. Our housekeeping team works hard every day to maintain high standards, and your recognition means a great deal to them. We are, however, sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding our restaurant, it is indeed closed on Saturday and Sunday evenings. This information is displayed on our booking channels and is also communicated by our reception team before arrival. To ensure our guests still have a convenient dining option, we have a partner restaurant located just a few steps from the hotel, open seven days a week. Concerning the bottle of wine, the team member on duty that evening had only recently joined our reception team. While opening a bottle of wine is not usually part of a receptionist's daily responsibilities, we understand that this may have seemed surprising. Every hospitality professional has to learn at some point, and we are confident that she will soon gain the experience that comes with practice. We sincerely hope this isolated moment did not overshadow the kindness and commitment she showed throughout your stay. As for the air conditioning, we are sorry if it did not provide the level of comfort you expected. Had we been informed during your stay, our team would have been happy to check the system immediately and assist you if necessary. Finally, Sunday evenings are naturally quieter at our hotel, with fewer services available than during the week. This is also reflected in the attractive room rates offered on those dates, allowing guests to enjoy the comfort of our Privilege Rooms at particularly competitive prices. We regret that your experience led you to such a low recommendation score and hope that you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more positive impression during a future weekday stay, when you could also discover our restaurant and its seasonal cuisine. Monsieur, Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour suite à votre récent séjour parmi nous. C’est toujours un plaisir de vous accueillir, vous qui êtes un client fidèle de notre établissement depuis plusieurs années. Je suis toutefois désolée de lire que certains points n’ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes cette fois-ci. Concernant les amenities de la salle de bain, il est possible que la différence avec nos chambres Privilège, que vous réservez habituellement, ait pu vous surprendre. Ces dernières disposent en effet d’équipements supplémentaires tels que peignoirs, chaussons, crème pour le corps et après-shampoing, qui ne sont pas inclus dans les chambres familiales. Je vous prie également de nous excuser pour le dysfonctionnement de la télécommande. Celle-ci sera bien entendu remplacée immédiatement afin d’éviter tout désagrément pour nos prochains clients. Quant au téléviseur, il ne dispose malheureusement pas de fonction de changement de langue automatique. Nous espérons néanmoins que vous avez apprécié le reste de votre séjour et que nous aurons le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau très prochainement.
