When I arrived, there was nobody at the recepction but a black telephone and a note to call to have someone coming… I did and a very rude man on the other end said I had to wait 1 hour and a half until someone came!! I said no way, I had been driving for 12 hours and I wanted to go to bed, he should give me the access code for the bedroom and when someone comes to the reception I’ll do my check-in! He was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to understand French, he wanted to give me the phone number of the receptionist’s wife!! What the hell??? And then he hanged up on me!!! Fortunately a guy came 2 minutes later and did the check-in… so someone WAS there! When I got my room the shower door was broken and I couldn’t take a shower… never again

Je me suis battue avec des fourmis volantes toute la nuit. J’ai payé un pti dej et le buffet était vide à 9h du matin. La personne a l’accueil se plaint de ne pas pourvoir tout gérer donc elle ne remplie pas le buffet. J’ai juste pris un café en insistant un peu pour avoir un gobelet !!! Les tables étaient sales, j’ai du la nettoyer avant pour l’installer et prendre au moins mon café assise.
