We had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The swimming pool was really fun and great for family time, especially with kids. The breakfast had many menu varieties — although it was mostly the same every day, everything still tasted good. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the kids’ activities were a nice bonus that made the stay more enjoyable for children. Overall, it was an okay and enjoyable stay for our family.

Spacious room and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend for staycation! Unfortunately there’s no non-smoking room available during peak season, so the room was quite smelly.. but slightly better after ozone treatment

We stayed here from December 27 to December 30 and booked two rooms. This hotel is our regular place to stay. We always love the strategic location, the helpful and very friendly staff, and how easy it is to get a Blue Bird taxi. The check-in and check-out processes were quick, and we got connecting rooms just as requested. The only downside was that we were on the 6th floor, which is supposed to be a smoking floor, so the room didn’t have carpet (we usually stay on the 7th, 8th, or 9th floor). However, the room was still spacious and clean, with a nice street view. We really like how roomy, clean, and comfortable the rooms are. Our favorite part is definitely the large swimming pool. Breakfast had many choices and tasted great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We also ordered fried rice with beef ribs, which was delicious, and the service was fast. Every time we visit Jakarta, we always stay at this hotel. It truly feels like our second home in Jakarta. Thank you, Novotel Mangga Dua 🤗 See you again in June ❤️
