Great hotel, stayed here many times when visiting family. The staff is attentive and gets things done quickly. The hotel is however starting to show its age, while the furniture and bathrooms are still in a good shape, the carpets are in a desperate need of a deep cleaning or replacing, considering the last refurb was done about 9 years ago. Same goes for the walls, desperately in need of a fresh hand of paint. The towels and bathrobes just need to be replaced, they are no longer fit for purpose and generally smelled damp. Keep up the good work and hope to see you again next year.

The pool was clean and satisfying. Breakfast was good. However, I did not like the smoking smell in my room as well as the corridor. Novotel is very well known, I don’t think smoking is allowed inside the area. The pillows sheets must be changed… they are already too old.

Very enjoyable longer stay at Novotel Mangga Dua. For work and recreation nice hotel located north Jakarta (close to Kota Tua). Standard of hotel typical for Novotel (arguably better than Novotel Gajah Mada), with large pool and nice pond area. Breakfast decent with good Premier Lounge for Accor level. Staff friendly and attentive, hotel engaged in nice touch community and sustainable initiatives (I.e feeding local orphans during religious holiday period, attending to food saving). As Platinum member perhaps a little disappointed not to be placed on Premier Levels although Executive room ample for stay. If you wanted to stay central or south Jakarta perhaps a little far away but plenty of north and east attractions. Overall very good.

This Hotel still well maintened, i stay on jacuzzi suite type, the room quite spacious. Their pool was large too. Got several meeting room. Hotel located on Mangga Dua Square area.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel is great, and the room is spacious and clean. Special thanks to Haikal for assisting me with the room upgrade and for the mirror drawing in the room—it was very cute. There were a few minor issues during this stay. The television was faulty, showing a shadowed display and no channels, but the engineering team promptly replaced it. Their response was very fast and highly appreciated. There was also an issue with the toilet bowl, where the water kept running, but once again the engineering team handled it quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the entire Front Office, housekeeping, and engineering teams for taking such good care of my room. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Check-in was assisted by Stefany, and check-out was handled by Hilton.
