Very good breakfast and friendly staff, but extremely loud noise when toilet was flushed in room above and the shower drain was clogged. Sanitary installation needs renovation.

I came to Ibis after having a terrible experience at another hotel. The receptionist was incredibly kind. When I went to my room it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and the receptionist immediately moved me to another room and apologized. The breakfast is good and everything is very clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the rooms have very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, as well as every footstep and noise from the corridor. If someone in the next room wakes up at 6 am, you’ll be waking up with them. Secondly, the receptionist working on the night of October 19th to 20th was completely unprofessional. My check-in process took over half an hour, and the person before me also had a very long check-in. As a result, the people waiting behind me decided to go to the bar for a beer, and the young man from reception went to serve them, which delayed my check-in even further. When I later went to the bar, the same young man couldn’t find the prices for some drinks displayed, making it impossible to purchase as no one knew the prices. Additionally, I noticed that the staff was smoking electronic cigarettes in the reception area, which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. There was no door separating the smoking area from the reception, and the smoke was noticeable just a few meters away from guests. I am patient with young staff who lack experience, but this was complete indifference to customers and a reluctance to perform his duties. On a positive note, the breakfasts were quite good. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
