The worst service and staff attitude that I've ever seen as an Accord Gold (and above) member for many years. They don't clean up the rooms and they decline basic service such as extending a late check-out request (despite the hotel being far from busy). Ibis Berlin City Sud simply don't care about customer experience, they just care about making as much money on the back of customers with as little cost and time as possible from their staff. As a loyal Accor member for 2 decades, I've never seen such a poor service and attitude from hotel staff and management. This hote does not deserve to be part of Accor

I do not like if nobody is coming to make the bed. I do not need new sheets or towels nor cleaning everyday. But I like le having my bed done. And don’t tell me it is an ecological gesture when it is just economics.

The staff in this Ibis Hotel was so friendly. The Location of the Hotel is ok, it’s close to the subway but the street is very dirty, seems more like a poor region of Berlin. The hotel was very clean and had all we needed.
