Impeccable clean hotel! Or at least my room was - special thanks to housekeeper, who prepared it for me. The staff is incredibly friendly, smiling at every step of your stay. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin on foot, and there’s also easy access to public transport nearby. The only thing missing is a kettle and mugs, so you can enjoy a nice cup of tea before bed. But thanks to Karina (I hope I got her name right), everything worked out great - she kindly provided us with hot water from the lobby bar every evening ❤️ Overall, a great experience at ibis - nothing more you could ask for!
