Overall, this stay offered exactly what you'd expect from an Ibis hotel in terms of value for money. The transport links are excellent, and the neighborhood itself is perfectly fine. Our room overlooked a transport company's parking lot, which got a bit noisy, but since we are early risers, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The room was decent, though the kids bed was not very comfortable, and adding a tea/coffee maker in the future would be a great plus. A special shoutout to the staff: the employee who handled our check-in was incredibly pleasant and polite. Consistent with the brand, it's a solid choice for a short stay.

Booked by mistake- thought it was the same hotel as the Ibis Budget next door ! But it was a very pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

When I tried to make a reservation as walk in, Frank and Peter qere extrenely rude. No rooms available, but on the websites there were. Idk. The way of saying things, I've never seen sth similar. Then, other people wanted to checkin, so I made the booking online and approached Frank and his response was: I'm counting money, don't you see it? My shift ended, wait for my colleague. The strenght of the hotel? Lautaro. He was amazing and offered me an apology and comp check out.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to almost all means of transport, groceries and restaurants are close. The area itself is really quite, making it good for relaxation. The hotel seems in a process of modernization, the rooms are not really big and the bathrooms could use an update. The bed was not really as comfortable as most Ibis hotels and the view from the window was to a parking garage. The staff was friendly and professional.
