Friendly and helpful staff, well-designed, quiet room and comfortable bed, plus a good breakfast to energize you for a day at the Staatsbibliothek. I was checked in early (when I just wanted to leave my suitcase), offered a free mug of hot tea when I came back cold, given advice - everything went smoothly. The only thing I would suggest improving is a hint of wastewater smell when using the washbasin.

I was very pleased. It was excellent value, the staff were friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean so ideal for a sightseeing break. And the breakfasts inn the morning were excellent. I loved the coffee maker and the teens loved the waffles. The location was so good. I had originally planned to stay closer to the main train station but I am so glad I chose here.

Otd Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Good location and room ok but disappointed to wait for more than 20 minutes to check-in and get the key at 11:00pm, even if I had done online check-in. It does not make the process faster on arrival : long queue and only 1 person at the desk. And since last week, I am battling to get my invoice which has not been emailed to me (fast check-out). Something is not working smoothly. I asked it twice through the App and I have not received it yet.
