Well it was only a one night stay with my mom and it was nice. One of the elevators were broken but other than that, had no issues. Has a garage that is cheaper than most hotels around, and secure. Also had enough spots even with the hotel seemingly full. Good breakfast, helpful employees. The bathroom and toilets are quite small and noisy though, so i'm not sure if i would prefer for longer stays.

The room was exceptional comfortable for us and the 2 kids. The Bathroom/Kitchen/Restroom Combo was the best we ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was more than enough for us with a great variaty of food and drinks. Lot of the most iconic spots in Berlin are reachable by foot in less than 30min. Definitly our spot to be when will visit Berlin again.

We wanted a stay in Berlin before Christmas for our family, Novotel Suits provided ideal setup. It is a central location with easy access to most prominent sites. The Rooms are good for the stay and family. The Breakfast is a very good selection with something for everyone. Also the parking with included Car Charging made it very easy to reach and use the facility. I would highly recommend this facility for Berlin visit.

nice hotel, friendly people, very close to public transport, busses, metro, walking distance from Potsdamer Platz. Toilet-cabin was smelly; the days after christmas there always was a huge cue before entering the breakfast-area

We have visited the house for a second time, first time roughly 5 years ago. At the first time, we found it a very nice place to stay and wanted to come back, this time it was not as good as the first time.

We truly appreciate your loyalty in returning to our hotel after your first visit five years ago, and we are sorry to hear that this stay did not meet the expectations set by your previous experience. We are especially sorry to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations and negatively impacted your stay. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously. Due to high occupancy during the holidays and around the turn of the year, there are peak times in our breakfast area with limited seating capacity for larger families. To manage this increased demand and reduce waiting times as best as possible, we extended the breakfast service on certain days to our neighboring hotel. The same breakfast offering was served there: our buffet includes a variety of freshly baked breads and pastries, a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and smoked fish, a rotation of six hot dishes, as well as sweet options such as pancakes, honeycombs, jams, and dried fruits. The offering is complemented by cereals, nuts, seeds, seasonal fruits, a juice station, high-quality teas, and freshly brewed coffee. Our aim is always to provide our guests with a generous and balanced breakfast. Additionally, we informed our guests in advance with posters about expected peak times and extended breakfast hours to allow for a better distribution of guests. Despite these organizational measures, a large number of guests unfortunately arrived at breakfast at the same time, which occasionally led to longer waiting times. We sincerely regret that this was perceived as burdensome for you and that the desired relaxed atmosphere was not fully achieved. At the same time, we would like to point out that these were exceptional occupancy situations, which, especially during the holidays, cannot always be completely avoided even with careful planning. We also appreciate your comments regarding the reception team. Your feedback about feeling unclear guidance and receiving confusing information regarding breakfast is important to us. We will review our communication and training processes to ensure that all guests are well-informed and supported upon arrival. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and general quality of the rooms, and we take your constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve our service and operational planning.
