Location was perfect, Room was spacious matching our expectations as we were travelling with toddlers. Breakfast was great lot of choices available.. overall a memorable journey and nice stay

Its pitty that there was no polish tv chanell. Well there was 1 but only commercials on that chanell. I would prefervthat there was at least one information chanell in polish but alsonin czech language.

The room was very nice and had everything. As the hotel was at high occupancy, there were troubles with the lifts and breakfast - the waiting time for the lifts was really long, and not helped at all by housekeeping using the lifts to move one floor up or down, even without the trolleys, and the breakfast area was so full the guests were recommended to use the neighbouring ibis hotel breakfast area, which was also crowded and there was a waiting line for seating, clean plates and clean knives. The housekeeping also picked up our child's beloved cloth rabbit by mistake while changing the sheets, we're still hoping for its safe return.

Day of my departure, I was sleeping around 8:15am and suddenly I hear the door opening so I had to yell “NO” since I was in bed. It was housekeeping but hotel should know that It is my departure day but I am still in house, so what is the point in housekeeping coming to clean even if they thought I was having breakfast ? They would’ve had to clean again anyway for the next guest. That was just odd and uncomfortable but overall we were satisfied. :)
