Nice hotel with kitchenette. Welcome greetings on room suggests that hotel service level is high. Disappointing when meeting reality. Not possible to borrow wine glass from reception/bar. No umbrellas to borrow or buy when raining.

Yasin at the reception was very helpfull and he is an excellent communicator. Big thanks to him. From time to time there was a smell coming from the bathroom. However, overall cleanliness was very good. We asked for a 3rd chair (we stayed three people) but could not get. It is said that it is because of insurance and security policy. It does not make sense. One of us could not sit while using the table. Location was great, easy access to the transport web and a market very close to it.
