The smell in the toilet was awful, it felt like it was not cleaned good enough

Everything was good overall, hygienic, good location, use of rituals products are good. However, the air-con system is bad, it doesn’t allow to adjust by temperature, it’s too stuffy, and has no air circulation about 90% of the time since it only work between 18-22 degrees.

I booked the wrong dates and there was no way to change because I paid in advance . So I had to pay for 3 nights in Berlin (I did not book the 3rd night at the Novotel) and stay 2. For few euros discounted pre-paid rate. Never again.
