The only reason this stay (my third at this establishment in six months) does not get a 10: the long-arm light above the working table, by the TV, was missing thus the lighting in that area wasn't the best, especially noticeable in December given the very short daylight hours. Everything else was otherwise very nice+comfortable.

This hotel have no elementary service it is not even worth to pay a lot of money to this hotel all receptionist are bad,horrible,unprofessional on the bathroom there was a lot of poop particle lying on the floor that was not cleaned since ages it does not matter if someone has a platinum or diamond status.

Que for the elevators and for breakfast are the only downsize of the hotel. Otherwise, everything else was great. The room was excellent and spacious.
