Hotel was central and S Bahn station almost right outside. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. Room was very clean and large with excellent facilities (we have paid a lot more at other places for a lot less). Local restaurants were good (Indian especially, but the Mexican was also really good) and grocery shops nearby too. Easy walk to Potsdamer Platz and other attractions (Typography of Terror is a must). Excellent and couldn’t fault our stay and will be back!

Check in was good, the guy who checked us in on the 07.03.25 around 3:45pm was really nice (unfortunately I forgot his name.. i think his name was Italian) he had a very friendly approach to everything so many thanks to him. Maybe the breakfast overall experience could improve. On 08.03.25 a breakfast staff was arguing with a guest about the pancake machine which was a bit unprofessional and uncomfortable to be witnessing and the 2 days that I was staying here, the scrambled egg was not up to standard. Either too much oil or too liquidy not even done properly. Housekeeping was very good, the gentleman who cleaned our rooms was so nice and friendly did a very good job everyday. But something came to attention, which was the housekeeping back office on the first floor. It was 24/7 open. There was a lot of amenities that needs to be locked up in my opinion. Overall location was very central and it was very easy for us to reach everything. Was a very comfortable stay.

Overall, my stay was splendid, and I was particularly impressed with the efforts of your staff. Mr. Omar, Mr. Hany, and Mr. Karim, Mr. Atharva and the lady from Hongkong went above and beyond to manage guests with exceptional courtesy and care. They truly made the experience memorable. I also wanted to highlight the amazing work of Ms. Jessica. She handled customer queries with professionalism and warmth, and she was an invaluable resource to tourists like me. Her knowledge of the area and her willingness to assist truly stood out. However, I believe there are a few areas where improvements could be made. First, the telephone equipment in my room was quite dirty and not useable. This was an inconvenience and not up to the standards I expected. Additionally, the breakfast offered did not meet my expectations. The quality was lower than I anticipated, especially considering the price, and the options provided may not be ideal for guests who don't eat pork. It would be great to see more diverse and higher-quality breakfast options. "I truly enjoyed my stay, I’m confident your hotel can offer an even more exceptional experience. The outstanding friendliness of Mr. Omar and Ms. Jessica really stood out, and their efforts made my visit all the more memorable." I look forward to visiting again in the future.
