We had a very pleasant stay. The staffs were very courteous and friendly. They even gave a small goodie to my son on arrival. The room was very clean.

Location is great but for breakfast you have either to get up in the morning(7AM) to be sure that you have a place on a table, either you go at 9.30 at you eat what you find. I highly recommend to do something regarding this part because the clean-up table boy tend to be rude because he is overwhelmed and I understand why but it's not our fault that you have an oversized hotel for the restaurant. And I notice that you received this constant feedback but the problem is the same (you can make a schedule for each floor, you can offer limited spots, but make something)

Stayed with my wife, toddler and a baby so we used the two beds and a supplied cot. Worked well, although we were a little disappointed in the 'kitchenette' - it had a small microwave plus a small sink and they were the only things different to a standard hotel room. Better than nothing, but thought even some (sustainable) cutlery would have been helpful. We may lean towards an Apart Hotel next time.

We have stayed in the same room for 5 nights in which the bed sheets were not changed. Add to that we kept a towel next to door opening on the floor in which our infant (1 year old) threw up on it in which the housekeeping kept it in the floor. This is extremely unprofessional and not to the level of Accor standards that I was expecting.

The stay was quite good, the positive things were much more. Good location and helpful staff. However I was allocated a room in the middle floor which is not accessible for wheel chairs which is not suitable for stroller. I had already submitted a request to have a crib for my little son who is one year old and they claim that they did not get the request. Please fix your system, thanks for the staff for finding a solution.
