The Novotel Berlin is a convenient place .can easily reach the train station and few restaurants and Super market are nearby walking distance abt 3 to 5 mins walk

rooms were clean although the toilette brush was dirty and it was disgusting to see as it was visible. Pillows are too hard, had to removed them both as my neck hurt.

Room was good except the beds were a bit hard. Also the direction of the bathroom door to the inside isn't well designed. We had 4x breakfast and it was every day the same. No changes. But overall a good experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were amazing, to include the buffet style breakfast with a wonderful variety of food options and dinner. The rooms were very nice and the beds super comfortable (if you like firm beds). The location was great and the available parking garage was an added plus!
