Disappointed - No heating

The room was very good, and the hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. In many aspects, it met expectations. However, I was disappointed that the heating in the room was not working. While the staff tried to compensate by providing a small electric heater, this is not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Heating is a basic feature that should be functioning properly, even in hotels with no star rating.”

Very friendly staff, nice room, but I was a bit disappointed by location as I imagined it to be closer and easy walking to the center…. You can take public transport though
