I was in Berlin last year in April. It is a very nice hotel with nice, clean rooms. Good food.Friendly and very helpful staff.Good location, close to shops and city centre. Not very expensive . Highly recommend it to anyone.We did enjoyed it a lot.

The hotel is in great location for exploring the city both on foot and public transport. There is a u bahn close by to the hotel. The staff were very helpful especially when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. The bar and breakfast were excellent. Our room was large with everything we needed including complimentary mini bar. Only issue was it was very warm in the room.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a recent visit to Berlin. The hotel is well located in the centre of Berlin. There is an underground station about 5 minutes away, and a bus stop only a few minutes from the hotel. There is a supermarket just around the corner from the hotel. The room I had was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were helpful at check-in and the hotel was a very nice lounge and bar area. The hotel has a sauna and a small gym if you'd like to use them during your stay. I would recommend the Novotel to anyone looking to stay in Berlin.

Good location, near to centre and in walkable distance to bus stop and metro station. Room spacious, but bed was not so comfortable, my back hurt next day. Bathroom looked like it was not 4 but 2 star hotel. I was able to have a shower and it's ok. Breakfast is ok, as for German hotel. I was missing more pastry. :)
