We had a nice room with a good view of the Dome. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The hotel staff replaced the pillows but the pillows seemed to be made from diced foam and, as this is not what we are used to, we found them uncomfortable. The toilet did not flush in the mornings and the shower basin was slow to drain which meant our showers had to be less than 3 mins before the basin flooded the bathroom floor. For some reason this issue was worst in mornings than in the afternoon. We did report this issue on the first day. Other than that the hotel had everything we needed and was clean, and most of the staff were friendly.
