First of all it was one of the most pathetic experience at property. The feeling in the property wasn’t of 3 star but more like 1 or 1.5 star The room wasn’t specious at all - very cramped The facilities in the room was also not modern (fridge was very old) The feeling of the room was also not nice given the amount of money paid for the room The TV was also not a smart TV Toiletries was also not there in the room The toilet near parking garage was very dirty Gym did not have towels and it was not mentioned that you should carry towels before you body the gym

We have booked without breakfast. During the check-in the reception clerk told us that "We have included breakfast for you". at the check-out - surprise; They asked us to pay for the breakfast by mentioning that the desk agent is new and probably she/he made a mistake. "We are sorry but you need to pay".

A standard hotel. Nothing really impressed me, but nothing irritated me either. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, also quite standard — nothing special (very few vegetables, just fresh cucumber). The rooms were exactly what you’d expect, no surprises. It was nice that there was a coffee machine (capsules). There was also tea, but unfortunately no proper mugs — only two tiny cups: one for espresso and the other so small that you’d need to make tea in three rounds to get a decent drink. So if one person wanted coffee (not espresso) and the other wanted tea, it simply wasn’t possible. Overall, for a short stay, the hotel is OK.

The staff are very kind, especially that this was my first visit to Berlin. The location of the hotel is very close to work and walking to museum island, also still walkable to most shopping. Specifically for me it is 5 min away from work.
