The room was in backyard and didn’t really cool, the reception smell is not good. The breakfast was OK, but not good.

I was charged twice on my credit card, then they refund it right away. But the amount of the refund is C$50 less than the amount I paid.

The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. The only small issue was that one day the coffee and tea were not refilled in the room. Otherwise, everything was good.

First of all it was one of the most pathetic experience at property. The feeling in the property wasn’t of 3 star but more like 1 or 1.5 star The room wasn’t specious at all - very cramped The facilities in the room was also not modern (fridge was very old) The feeling of the room was also not nice given the amount of money paid for the room The TV was also not a smart TV Toiletries was also not there in the room The toilet near parking garage was very dirty Gym did not have towels and it was not mentioned that you should carry towels before you body the gym
