Found nails on floor which very unhygienic

Really nice hotel. Well located for lots of tourist landmarks and very handy for the Alexanderplatz Christmas market. Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel was VERY warm and even with heating turned off in room it was still too hot and had to have window open.

The experience is barely ok, I don't understand why you would place me in a motor handicap room as fortunately I have none. It makes no sense you having no information regarding and placing me there, all whatever glamour and kind treatment you may try to offer is gone. Also you are occupying a room for real handicap that could come in with a need for a room, it is as bad as someone parking in the handicap parking spaces.. it is never used right? Not comfortable for me, strange bathroom for me, bad experience.
