Had a great long weekend here to explore Berlin. The Novotel was perfectly placed between Alexanda Platz and a near by u-Bahn station for ease of exploring. The room was spacious and comfortable , would highly recommend.

Love the location, very central. Very comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was ok, my children loved it. Could add nicer dessert to the menu. And avocados :(

The room was comfortable, but very dark. Food at the hotel was average and one staff member was quite rude

The hotel itself is amazing, and the location is close to the subway. One thing I would like to point out is that I have requested the bed to be German bedding via email prior to arrival, and I got the confirmation. However, when I arrived, nothing was done, so I asked the reception if possible to be set up before I came back for the day. After 6 hours, I came back to the hotel, and nothing was done again, which was a little disappointing. The hand soap in the room was also empty, so I wrote a note for the housekeeping to refill the next day since it was too late in the day already. Otherwise, overall, the reception team was friendly and helpful.
