We visited on Devember 2025. The room was clean and hot. The hotel is in city center and close to metro and bus station. The breakfast was good. Just one of the elevators was out of order and it can be ceowded on rush hours. The hotel is close to chriatmas markets and you can go on foot also .

Hotel is very central in Berlin, many major sights (and restaurants) are within walking distance. Room was nice and spacious, very good bathroom and shower. Room was also very clean and very quiet.

Mostly perfect service with extremely friendly and helpful staff with the exception of the lady who checked us in who was somewhat curt and unhelpful. The bedrooms were very warm and comfortable.
