The hotel is in a great location in central Berlin with good connections to subway and busses. Major sights are within walkable distance. The rooms seem a bit dated and mostly functional. It would help a lot to get a mattress topper and new(er) pillows. What stood out here is the staff: throughout incredibly polite and friendly, as well as very helpful.

The hotel and room that we stayed in were great and very convenient for our trip. One staff member truly stood out: Dayana Diaz. Dayana greeted us every morning with a warm smile and genuine kindness that made us feel welcome from the start of each day. She went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and took the time to make us feel at home. Her positive attitude and friendly personality left a lasting impression on us and made our stay in Berlin even more memorable. If I can rate her more than the five stars, I would!!!!
