Have stayed at this hotel before without issues but on this occasion we found the stay poor. 1. Prepaid for the stay through the Accor App/ Website but the room hadn't been billed correctly. 2. Locked out of our room twice during our stay. 3. Forced to register a second payment method, despite being assured my card would only be used for incidentals - full cost of stay charged to second card. 4. Brown water in bathroom. 5. No cold water to room on last night and unable to flush toilet.

A good stay, good location for the work meetings I had nearby, good breakfast but the room was too hot and didn't sleep well. Also the gym should have more machines/dumbbells and the sauna was not on when I needed it most.
