We very much enjoyed our stay at the Templehof Mercure Hotel. We were given a large, very well appointed room on the sixth floor. The hotel was very well placed right next to the metro and right in the heart of busy and interesting Neucoln. We also used the car park which was accessible and very secure. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. We will come again

Located near to the metro station, the hotel's surrounded with everything you'd need for a decent stay. The room were spacious, the staff professional and discreet. The carpets could have been cleaner, but that's it.

The Mercure is right next to a U Bahn station in a busy street with plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops all around it. The large room was very well appointed with a settee, writing desk and easy chair. The bed was excellent with an excellent quality mattress. It also had a variety of lighting as well as large windows (giving plenty of natural light) with an open outlook. The bathroom was also large with soft towels and a bath as well as a shower. The staff at check-in/out were very pleasant, friendly and efficient.
