I stayed here for a long weekend in Berlin. It's a great location very close to an U-Bahn stop and the Tempelhofer Feld with lots of options nearby. My room was large with big windows. I was generally satisfied although I found it to be a bit pricey.

Great hotel. Pleasant front desk staff on check in. Room was perfect and clean with all amenities needed for a stay I asked for a late check out the next morning which wasn’t a problem and really helped with my plans for the day. Will definitely consider this hotel if I’m in Berlin again

In general, everything was good. We enjoyed a comfortable room on a high floor with a nice view of the TV tower, a full bathtub, and a tea-making set. The location has great transport links, and the neighborhood turned out to be much better than its reputation: there is a large supermarket nearby and plenty of affordable places to eat. However, I probably expected a bit more from a 4-star Mercure hotel... A few downsides worth mentioning: the bottled water in the room wasn't complimentary, and the Smart TV didn't have YouTube (I also couldn't get the screen mirroring function to work).
