Specifically: As already communicated in writing by our management on 25 March 2025, it is necessary for data protection reasons that you contact the police directly. This is standard practice in Germany due to the report you have made. All the information was provided to you some time ago. On the following day, 26 March 2025, we offered to assist you in communicating with the police. However, we did not receive a reply from you until 04/04/2025. Please understand that a large number of daily emails does not facilitate the clarification process, but rather slows it down. We remain at your disposal for constructive cooperation and hope that you will be able to clarify the matter together with the responsible authorities.
