Everything is great. Many restaurants within walking distance, while hotel is in a very quiet area.

The hotel rooms are dated and require a significant refurbishment. The foul smell from shower drain was very unpleasant. Expired sanitary products in bathroom. Was expecting a double or queen bed not two single beds abutted. Conveniently located and accessible, staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were well below expectations.

I booked on phone, and got a confirmation and when i arrived the reception people said that i didn’t book and they cant see me and i had to wait long time…

It sure looks like there were some major flaws within our reservations department including the check-in procedures. Sorry to also regarding the broken elevator.
