The location is great. However, the welcome on arrival was lacking any warmth or ‘welcome’. The window in the far right side of our room was broken and kept falling open making it impossible to sleep from disgusting noises in the courtyard below at all hours, and I was attacked by insects during the night resulting in bites all over my mid section. We chose this hotel specifically because it had a fitness centre but it lacks free weights and cable machines and only had basic cardio equipment. Throughout our stay there was an off sewer like smell between bar and restaurant and also along the corridor of level 4 (carpets need cleaning?). Overall not happy and we left a day before our actual check out. I couldn’t do the final night.

The hotel was very clean, the location is perfect for exploring the Berlin city center, and breakfast was wonderful - we tried it on the first day and came back daily. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, we truly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed in a superior suite with double bed and sofa bed. It was very large with a separate bedroom which was huge and a separate living room. Was a great place to stay. Very convenient location. Staff were very helpful.
