- Room 322 needs a new shower hose and the toilet cistern needs maintenance. - The fitness room is very disappointing, and advertising that the hotel has one is rather misleading when it only consists of one treadmill and one crosstrainer. What’s more, the room is so small and with the windows now constantly locked, it becomes unbearably hot — to the point where in the summer, it’ll likely become unusable. - breakfast buffet is OK, but the “juices” are very low quality. Please change them to 100% fruit juices. - all staff is great, attentive, and helpful!

Empty bottles and litter was not removed from room after first nights stay.The heat of water in the shower was inconsistent very disapointing almost cold at times. No restaurant bar food choice was extreamly limited. There was no bath in the room which was a disapointment

Great location, easy walking distance to U-Bahn and stone’s throw from CP Charlie. Quiet street, lots of places around to eat. Room a really good size, lots of space, clean. Air con (to be used for cooling) wasn’t really cool, so just made room warm and dry air. Asked at desk on 3rd day, v helpful, provided a fan and this worked better with windows open (quiet enough to do this). Said they’d get someone to check the air con. Shower only, need to specify different room if you’d want a bath. Breakfast ok, some stuff bit overdone (scrambled eggs, sausages). Places to breakfast nearby if you’d rather. Didn’t try evening food. Staff all really nice, polite and efficient. Always friendly and willing to help out.
