Great location, comfortable rooms although be aware that ‘double bed’ doesn’t mean that - rooms have single beds pushed together with single duvets which is frustrating

We loved the location, but had issues with our air conditioner each night as the room would get overly warm. We were lucky the weather was cool so we could open the window at night and sleep comfortably. Bar was very nice and the staff there was great.

Everything about our visit to the Mercure in Berlin was faultless!!!! We arrived early on our first day and we were greeted by the very polite reception team, our room was upgraded as it was my partners birthday and we were also informed that we could check in. The breakfasts were sooooooo delicious and I took advantage of being a kid again by using the hands free pancake machine. The whole team was so charming, courteous and friendly, nothing was an effort. The location of the hotel was perfect, getting around the beautiful city was so easy.
