I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Germany. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Dishna at the reception was particularly amazing, and all the other receptionists were equally helpful. One staff member went out of their way not only to help me check my luggage weight but also to carry my luggage all the way to the taxi. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to assist went far beyond what I expected, making my arrival and departure completely stress-free. The room I stayed in was spotless, and the housekeeping service was truly top-notch. Every detail was taken care of, from fresh linens to a clean and comfortable environment, making my stay very pleasant. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I always felt valued and well looked after. Although this hotel is classified as budget, I can confidently say it provides more than a 5-star experience. The combination of excellent cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding staff service exceeded all my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Germany. Whether traveling for leisure or business, you will find the staff extremely helpful, the rooms pristine, and the overall experience exceptional. I have nothing but the best to say about the staff working in the hotel. But this was about the only good thing about the hotel. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, additionally the shower leaked a little in the room. The rooms also were not soundproof, especially between the rooms and the hallway. I don’t think that as a result I will be coming back to the hotel. Rather disappointed because I usually have a good experience at the Ibis budget, but I could tell that this was an older hotel that needs a full refurbishment

Very satisfied with the stay - had to change room because toilet was blocked. Very friendly receptionist checked another room for me and I could move immediately.
