Our stay, was perfekt. The room clean and in order. Breakfeast almost perfect. Only problem i was missing ketchup to the Nice egs Also perfect that We could park our Car in the parking basement

Even though I received a great attention at the front desk, I am not satisfied with the room I received. Unfortunately there was a bad smell, I imagine it comes from the sink. I did not ask for another room because I stayed only one night for work and I did not have enough time to request this.

I had a very disappointing stay at the Ibis Budget Hotel, which failed to meet even the most basic standards of the hospitality industry. Firstly, I was bitten by bedbugs throughout the nights. I reported this to the front desk, and while the staff member may have done their part, it seems that the next step in the process completely failed. As a customer, I should not have to worry about whether the hotel’s internal procedures work—I expect immediate and effective action to resolve such a serious issue. Secondly, while less critical, the plates and cutlery smelled strongly of eggs. This could easily be avoided with better cleaning practices, such as using vinegar before serving them to guests. I’ve stayed at Ibis hotels many times and have never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but this experience was unacceptable. Cleanliness, hygiene, and a reliable process for addressing guest concerns are the bare minimum I expect, especially from a brand I’ve trusted in the past. This stay has left me questioning Ibis’s commitment to their standards.
