Good stay, calm. A bit worn out room. Heating did not work properly.

I had a good stay in beginning of November 2024. The hotel and its guests had been calm and thus it was a quiet time, and i could relax. The room was a bit cold though, but I did not manage to get the heating on quickly - the aircon did not seem to work properly. I had to take a shower to warm up, actually. Not a problem but it would have been nice to have it working well. The area to enter the shower was a bit outworn so it looked like it could benefit from a renovation.

I was very satisfied and had a pleasant stay.

I was happy go get to check-in earlier then expected. I was not so satisfied with the room-service (they just made the bed, that was it).

Hotel is conveniently located 2 short tram stop from Potsdam central train station, and in other direction the center of town and museums, restaurants and shops. Hotel itself is well fun, clean, and efficient. Comfortable rooms, professional & helpful staff.

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens…it is a budget hotel and we got it for an even better rate when we booked on the Accor website. I couldn’t fault it.. the beds were excellent, it was a small bit noisy at night so if you are a light sleeper maybe check out the room options. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and very amenable to us checking in a small bit earlier and leaving our luggage on the day we left. The rooms are small and you wouldn’t really hang out there but for a hotel in the city centre when you are in Berlin to sightsee and have two hanger ons (teens) who don’t pay their own way, I can only give it 5 stars
