Klar 😂 Ich hab’s auf Englisch geschrieben – immer noch bissig und ehrlich, aber so, dass es als Hotelbewertung durchgeht und nicht direkt gelöscht wird: I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. Let’s start with the parking situation. Yes, there are parking spaces on the street, but you constantly have to worry about someone damaging your car. There is also the option to park in the underground garage for €20 per day, but honestly, I would only recommend doing that with a small car and if you are not too worried about scratches or damage. Everything is incredibly narrow and difficult to navigate. On top of that, several parking spaces were occupied by the hotel’s laundry carts. The hotel itself? Dirty, old, and completely outdated. The rooms feel more like prison cells than hotel rooms. The bathroom situation is especially strange: a sink directly inside the room and a shower with absolutely no privacy, basically just a wet cell in the middle of the room. The only positive thing I can say is that the separate toilet was at least clean. And the beds… oh my god, the beds. A wooden board would probably have been more comfortable than that miserable excuse for a mattress. Calling it a mattress is already too generous. The view? I wouldn’t really call it a view. Looking at the back of another building complex and directly at the staff smoking area is not exactly something you want to wake up to. Then there was breakfast. Awful. Soft, old-tasting bread rolls, a little bit of cold meat, one type of cheese, and some jam. The scrambled eggs were just an undefinable mass with a slight egg taste. The coffee was even thinner than my patience after spending a night on that mattress. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Definitely not somewhere I would book again.

The check-in had a russian address in the field, that I was handed and expected to sign, which I then promptly refused. I gave my address during booking, I think, but having the wrong address smells like fraud, or fishy at best. Also: staff says quick check-out would be possible, but says invoice print is available at checkout - is just conflicting messaging. You can't have it both ways.

the airco does not work hence had to open the window. But our room was at the street side hence very noisy with window open. If window closed and airco did work I would have given a 8 or 9.
