the airco does not work hence had to open the window. But our room was at the street side hence very noisy with window open. If window closed and airco did work I would have given a 8 or 9.

It was a horrible experience with the staff in the Reception. Other staff in the kitchen, housekeeping were great. Story: I made a booking for 1 night. During check-in, I booked for a second night. I paid for both the nights on spot. The second morning, when we went for breakfast, the man in the reception couldn't find our room number in his list, so he gave a disgusting look and answered, "No, you cant have food", as if We are begging for this overpriced food. I tried to explain. However, the moment I said, "I booked one night", he interrupted, "but you stayed without paying". What kind of response is this? We are not stray dogs. I finally explained the whole thing, he looked into the system and was angry again with me, as if I made the second night booking in your system directly with some errors. He made some additional remarks, which I cant recollect as I was already enraged. Come on, if its a mistake by your staff or does not show properly in your system, why would it be my problem? Finally, no apologies, no explanations. Just "you can go". Even the Police will respect a criminal better than this. My observation, he was rude to all irrespective of colour. But his words and posture are more insulting to us and the staff who checked in us (brown as well), so I cant help but think that he was particularly discriminating to brown people.(cant say about others). I live in Germany and I understand the way things work here in hotels. But this is the first time, I was enraged with the treatment in a Accor hotel. I have stayed in other Accor hotels as well. It spoiled our mood for the whole day and we cancelled the trip and returned back. Thanks for this "Wonderful" treatment. Checking Google reviews also indicate multiple instances with reception staff, and you wont take any action. Whats the point of getting feedback, if you are not listening? If such instance happens in another Accor hotel, I will probably never consider your network hotels again in future. I understand its not a big loss for you, but at least I will be happier without getting enraged by reception staff.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the reception wasn't. I asked to prolong my stay for 3 more nights, and the blond eastern European lady told me the hotel was full without looking. In the evening, I asked another employee and he told me that iwas she said was not true and made the extension for me. I clearly felt the hostility from this woman. She is at he reception and should be welcoming. It's obvious that she hates her job
