The hotel has good transit links to the Jurassic World Exhibition, fairgrounds and ICC, Adlershof science center, BER Airport, Friedrichsfelde Zoo and the old town of Köpenick. Positive: friendly staff, especially the lady at the front desk. (Breakfast staff could be a bit less grumpy.) Good shower with lots of hot water. Negative: despite several requests and promises made, the room was cleaned only once during a six-night stay. This is not acceptable, given the price paid. Negative: the WiFi connection was horrible. Speed was very variable and it disconnected at least six times a day. Negative: the neighbourhood is not the best, and walking at night may be uncomfortable for some. The sidewalks are also completely filthy, much worse than I've seen elsewhere in Berlin.

The bad part of this hotel is room cleaning. We set no disturb, but still be opened without knocking. It happens twice when we stay here. And cleaning service is super simple only clean bathroom and rubbish.
