I had a great stay here. The room was cute, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel employees were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location. While I was only there for a short stay, I want to go back there when I have more time to explore the city. The best part is the price. It’s a great value for the cost.

Good location, 10 min walk from Schöneweide station. Beds are comfortable, room big enough. Cards are sometimes not working so had to request the reception to reactivate it. 24h reception, free coffee and tea at the entrance. The only thing that bothered us was the noise we could hear from the room due to other guests talking loud in the hallways during the night.

Room fine, comfortable, well equipped, but not particularly spacious. Easy walk to the station where I took an early morning train to the airport. A bit pricey but I only booked a day or so in advance. Liked the availability of a good range of hot drinks on ground floor.

I’ve been here for 5 nights and I can tell you it was the worst experience ever for the price that I paid!!! First the room was not clean, I could not open the window because it was full of little insects. Moreover my shower started pouring out nasty dirty water and when I told the reception they didn’t even clean. During the night the hotel was extremely noisy. Finally I want to point out that I found moldy greenish bread at breakfast and from then on I did not trust eating anything there anymore (even of I paid for it!!!)

While our rooms feature double-glazed windows to minimize external noise, we understand that this did not suffice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Finally, we are disheartened to learn about the issues with the shower in your room. This is certainly not indicative of the guest experience we aim to provide.
