We have never had such terrible service in Ibis hotels. Only one of the two elevators works. If they wash it, then they simply do not allow them to call the elevator on all floors. I waited for the elevator for 15 minutes and ended up walking.. About cleaning. At the entrance, on the floor by the window, I found someone else's women's hair clip. Room is big, bathroom is clean. But the soap was poured a little bit, while washing I had to get out of the shower and take extra soap in the sink. The mattresses are comfortable. There are a lot of big shops nearby. When it got hot, they tried to turn on the air conditioner. He did not work. The hotel workers explained to us that this was to save electricity, they offered to open the window. The window was opened... And then they closed it, because it is rather low, which is unsafe. Appealed the second time to the hotel staff. Heard the second time the same answer about savings and the recommendation to open the window. At night, they opened the window, but it was impossible to fall asleep, because then you could hear how drunken companies were noisily walking on the river bank a meter from the hotel. And in the morning construction began in front of the hotel, as a result, we got up at 7 am. The hotel is dog friendly, but they are not allowed in the dining room. But I was not warned about this when paying for breakfast, although I stood with the dog. As a result, already in the dining room they asked me to take the dog either to the veranda or take it to the room. I had to get up, quit breakfast and take the dog to the room. But most importantly, upon check-in, we asked if we were entitled to a late check-out (14:00), if we are silver members of the Ibis club. Two hotel workers answered us clearly, yes, that we have the right to check out for free at 14:00. When we left, not only did they demand from us to show who said it, they demanded payment, they also claimed that they were right. As a result, the husband said, call the police, let them deal with the situation. Honestly, we are shocked by the service in this hotel. After all this nightmare that they gave us at Ibis Stal, they still had the audacity to ask if we liked everything. Absolutely incompetent staff, total savings, to the detriment of consumers. Here is what we saw.

We were met with no service and smile. There was to people in the reception talking to each other, and we were asked to wait. We had ordered three rooms for two days. So no nice welcome. There were no information about transport problems into Berlin. When we asked about this, we got no good answers. Your Hotel is not Central, and you need to have much better service.

Everything was fine, except the very high temperature in the room: I had a bad sleep for 3 nights. The staff reported that there was a problem with the airconditioning.

Most horrible service, the blond tall women at the reception, told us that we need to pay for the use of the fridge in the room. I can understand that but the way she told us, not a smile, not a sorry or please... That is not a good example of customer service..
