Very basic, no tea making facilities in room sorry but you expect this even in the most basic B&B! The staff were very friendly couldn’t fault them. The beds were very uncomfortable extremely hard. Everything was very tiny the toilet, the sink all very small. It was ok for a one night stop but I certainly wouldn’t want to stop any longer. No USB chargers more like a hostel room than a hotel room

I was dreading coming back after a previous terrible experience, but it was actually fine this time. The previous time my room had a terrible smell, a really noisy vent, and I could hear toilets flushing in neighbouring rooms really loud. This time the room was fresh, clean and altogether a much more pleasant experience. Staff are friendly as always.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Ibis, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and tidy, bedding clean and fresh, we were overall very impressed with our stay, thank you so much, we will be back!

The 'budget' part of this hotel nane is extremely accurate. It reminded me of a youth hostel! If you're looking for somewhere well located with a bed and a shower, for very little money, this place comes through. If you want any more than that, this isn't for you. It's not particularly comfortable, but it is very clean and well maintained. The staff are excellent, every single person was bubbly and helpful. Don't bother with the breakfast, it's genuinely not worth it. Watered down orange and apple juice, tinned fruit, pre-packaed pastries and a couple of basic own brand cereals is all that's on offer.

Difficulty accessing room more than once, same complaint from others as we checked in so clearly a problem with key cards and programming, only one sanitary bag in room and only one cup. Bed very uncomfortable. Not worth what we paid
