From the moment we arrived at the reception until our departure, everything was wonderful. We were immediately impressed by the unique design of the hotel, both in the lobby and in the room. Very stylish and modern. The room was spacious and warm, with high-speed internet. The bathroom design was also excellent, and the water pressure was perfect (we stayed on the second floor). We didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the hallway, even though the hotel was fully booked — a testament to the great soundproofing. Our windows faced a small, quiet street, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The Cyprus metro station was just a 5-minute walk away, and there were many cafes and restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket just 3-4 minutes away. When we were leaving, a lovely lady at reception helped us book a taxi. We loved everything about our stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at Mama Shelter Rome. The hotel is modern, stylish and comfortable. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. A special mention goes to Rafaela, who made us feel at home with her kindness and very good service. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and attentive. The hotel is well connected to the city center, making it easy to get around. Vatican museums can be reached by feet in a few minutes. We also tried the pizza at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was very delicious — definitely worth ordering. Overall, we would highly recommend Mama Shelter Rome.

Not your typical Accor hotel but the reception staff were lovely and the room was nice, huge TV with free on demand movies but no kettle. I did get one after asking reception but it came without a mug so couldn’t use it. For some reason the welcome drink is not available from the bar and so they substitute it with juice in your room but it was disgusting. The bar and restaurant has a nice vibe there are numerous staff but not sure what they’re doing because it took 20 minutes to get 2 beers and it was not busy, then there was no follow up so we gave up and walked out after signing for our drinks at another counter manned by 2 staff.
