My wife and I stayed at Mama Roma for three nights, and we had an amazing experience. From check-in to our departure, every aspect was enjoyable and relaxing. The roof-top bar is a great place to unwind with a cocktail or dinner. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've encountered, and the pizza restaurant was fantastic with superb oven-fresh pizzas and Mama's special wine. The staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel design and atmosphere is amazing. The staff is super helpfull and friendly. The food is great (loved the rooftop)
We felt the room is smaller than what we booked, and the staff forgot to surprise my wife at her birthday as we talked in advanced.
But our stay was amazing.
I whould like to thank aspecially to the restaurant staff who did their best to give us the best food and service that we decided to stay and eat in the hotel every night. They were so nice.

Great location and very nice hotel. Just wondering why the steam room hasn't been repaired apparently being broken for a little while. No welcome drink just a juice unacceptable for being a platinum member. Also staff at reception not very friendly & welcoming.
Ciao Rodney,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're glad to hear you enjoyed our location and found the hotel very nice, but we're sorry to read about the other aspects of your stay.
Regarding the steam room, we apologize for the inconvenience — we are aware of the issue and are working to have it repaired as soon as possible.
Regarding the welcome drink, please note that at Mama Shelter, Accor members receive their welcome drink in the room in the form of a juice — this is our standard practice. We're sorry if this wasn't clearly communicated to you beforehand.
As for your experience at reception, this is absolutely not in line with the standards we hold ourselves to, and we take this very seriously. Your comments have been shared directly with our front office team for immediate attention.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the experience you rightly expect from us.

The room was very beautiful but the shower lacked power. It would also have been good to have wardrobes for clothes storage and not just the open hanger ones. Also we didn’t like the placement of the bed in the centre of the room although this was likely because the room was very narrow.
