No hair conditioner.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and with very stylish decor in the lobby. The staff were all very friendly, and the location is great. However, we were a little disappointed with the room. The bed was comfortable, and it felt spacious, but I don't have much else positive to say - the rest was all very underwhelming. There were no facilities in the room to make hot drinks, or even to have a drink that you'd brought yourself, only 2 plastic cups could be found in the bathroom. Without room service, this meant having to visit the bar downstairs to get anything other than a cup of water from the tap. Considering the decor in the rest of the hotel, the bare walls made the room feel basic. Whilst these are fairly superficial things, given the rating and cost of the hotel I had expected more for my money.

We stayed at Mama Shelter for the weekend to attend the Italy v England Six Nations. I visited with my family and my father. The staff could not do enough for us and really seemed to care that we had an excellent time. I even received a birthday cake from them on Saturday evening on my birthday. Thank you so much for looking after us.
