I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. We had an excellent stay, the restaurant was very good, and the staff was excellent. Love the rooms and the bed was comfortable.

No room amenities (kettle, water only for the first day, no coffee), poor cleaning (did not clean terrace, nor replace glasses). The room and staff were fine, but tarnished by small things that make the stay less convenient and warm.

We would like to clarify that amenities such as the kettle and coffee facilities are provided exclusively in our XL room category. Regarding bottled water, it is offered on the first day of the stay as part of our standard service. That said, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings in housekeeping, in particular the terrace not being cleaned and the glasses not being replaced. This is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver, and your comments have been shared with the housekeeping team for immediate review and improvement. We are pleased to hear that you found both the room and our staff satisfactory, although we regret that these details impacted the overall warmth and convenience of your stay. As an Accor Platinum Member I would expect a better treatment - as we are used to have in any other hotels from the brand. We did not get a room upgrade, it wasn't possible to pay the restaurant with points and (believe it or not) not even a welcome drink they were able to serve - even at an Ibis it would be offered. BTW, at the breakfast, you better run from the attendant called Margot - she would speak for hours in french with other guests and pretend she is not seeing you begging for a damn coffee. Would not stay there and would never recommend.
