Front desk personnel are rude, not personable, un informed, and less than helpful. We needed toilet paper daily and they would only give us 1 very tiny roll a day. We wanted to order a pizza and they failed to tell us that there is a lunch break time and don’t serve food again till like 7:00 pm and when we asked about food they never recommended the place on the corner that was outstanding! Also, you can’t use pool unless there is a lifeguard on site-close at 8:00.
