A Disastrous Stay at Adaggio Roma

Our recent stay at Adaggio Roma was an absolute nightmare. For a hefty price tag of nearly $500 for just two nights, we expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. Instead, we were subjected to relentless noise disturbances throughout the night. The hotel's response to our complaints was woefully inadequate. When we reached out to the hotel manager post-stay, our emails were completely ignored. It wasn't until we escalated the issue to executive leadership that we finally received a response. The manager's excuse of emails ending up in spam was unconvincing, especially considering the late response and lack of resolution. Overall, our experience at Adaggio Roma was a complete disappointment. The exorbitant price, coupled with the noise disturbances and poor customer service, makes this hotel an absolute no-go. We strongly advise future travelers to steer clear of this establishment.

The hotel was very clean, great breakfast selection. Location was great, close to train and bus station and grocery store. Staff was very helpful with providing information and to order taxi.

A very short REG train ride to the Vatican and a change of train to Rome city center. The room is ok. There is a nice restaurant out front the hotel. There is no cleaning or changes of towels/linens if you stay less than 1 week. I don’t like this policy. At least should offer to pickup a new towels as you wish if they are not cleaning daily.
