Overall the stay was pleasant. The bathroom need to be redone asap as it's very old and out of sync with contemporary rooms.

Very nice room and friendly staff. Hotel is close to major attractions and all could be reached by train/subway or bus.

We kad only 3 toilet papers for 4 days stay for 4 people. And 2 coffe, for 4 days stay. It was one od bad experience. + no one said there will be deposite to pay and need to wait many days to get it back. I would not prefer this hotel to no one. Even in reception there is no toilet, you need to wait until you get in your apartment. we didnt have any room service for these days. Rooms wasnt really clean when we got there, furniture was broken. Even spiders in corners. all walls was dirty, not clean. Kitchen dishes wasnts clean. Even garbage we needed to take outside for ourself. i have just question, for what we payed money? Just random flat - witch didnt look good. Had to many minuses. Even for shower watter didnt go away, couldnt normaly wash. I would not prefet this hotel to familys. There was all the time party every where in hotel and around it. Even after 23:00 people where drinking and screaming. For me it was so bad experience- my kid all the time was waking up. And our room service phone where ringing 00:00 i dont know why. So yes i dont know why people would pay money withc is not cheap and stay there.

Every thing was Great , but I did not get a wilcome drink because in aplication wss blank space . Also when I asked a late check out - the answer was : " No chance , because we going to be full ". Anyway there are available rooms and fortunately one person on front dest advised me to pay for late check out instead of fuul payment for night , we needed a room only till 18:00

Nice staff good location clean spacious room horrible beds

The room was very nice and presentable, but unfortunately the beds left a lot to desire. We booked a studio apartment and it was lovely except the bed was completely worn out and we couldn’t sleep properly. The staff very kindly moved us to another room which was an apartment and the beds were better but still not very good for our backs. The replacement apartment had a heating system that only operated in certain hours of the day this was not told to us so therefore it was blowing cold air in the night which was very uncomfortable once we asked at the desk and they told us the hours of the heating worked. We were able to turn off the heating system when it wouldn’t blow heat anyway And got a more comfortable sleep. As far as the kitchens go they were well appointed but lacked some of the basics that I would’ve expected such as salt and pepper and a bit of cooking oil. I understand that this is maybe something you wouldn’t deliver but it also wasn’t available in the shop at the desk, so therefore we had to try to source it in the area and it was difficult to find in the quantities you would need for a holiday let. Positives were the room was very clean and well decorated we love the spacious environment and the friendliness of the staff Being right next to Balduina train station was really convenient.
