Very Disappointing Service The service was very disappointing. We asked several times to fix the lamp in the room — it was not repaired even after the 5th–7th request. The TV was repaired only partially. The trash was not taken out regularly, and towels were not replaced. The staff was standoffish and unhelpful, with no apology or willingness to assist. Particularly Stefano For this price and brand, the level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a great time here location was a bit from town but the services around there were excellent, Room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Only minor issue walls are very thin so you can hear every little thing from neighbouring room (bathroom)
