the exerience was good, breakfast was great, 1 point off because the room was too cold and i couldnt warm it up. i asked for a space heater but it broke right away so i just gave up. 10/10 soaps, please never change them

I nearly slept because of the noise of the ventilation in the room (318)...... even though it was on stand 2 I had the impression to be near a vent in the subway .... not acceptable

The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, all the time. However, there is a significant problem with the cleanliness of the rooms. I changed rooms twice during my stay, first because of the view and then because of a bad smell in the room. The reception staff were very helpful throughout this process and found me a room with a better view and, later on, another room without a strong smell. However, all the rooms clearly had the same issue in common: a poor standard of room cleaning. There were stains, dust, and fingerprints everywhere: on the kettle, the dishes, the doors, under the bed, let alone the wall-to-wall carpet which looked extremely untidy and unhygienic due to all the visible stains. There were also pumpkin seeds on the floor in one of the rooms which means that the rooms are not even properly vacuumed. However, i didn’t want to make any further complaints, as it seemed like it would have been an endless process. Although many other aspects of this hotel work well, the overall level of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope that you will work to improve this.
