Well located in the Morumbi area, Sao Paulo is massive so city center is 30min to 1 hour away depending on traffic, rooms are outdated

Water pressure in faucets and shower are too high. Impossible to adjust water flow and temperature. Room dimensions are claustrophobic. Air conditioning thermostat does not work. On site restaurant is to small to accomodate the number of guests of 342 apartments. Breakfast becomes caotic either to find a table or get to the buffet

During my stay, the weather was very cold, but unfortunately the extra blanket provided in the room was clearly not properly cleaned or hygienically packaged. It was neither sealed nor presented in a condition that inspired confidence for use. As a result, we chose not to use it and ended up spending the night feeling cold. For something as essential as bedding, guests should be able to trust that blankets are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping procedures, as this negatively affected what would otherwise have been a comfortable stay.

The room not always provide confort to stay, like I have to, by a week. Shampoo is not provided and the sanitary acent cubicle sometimes smells stinky.

Staff is super nice and friendly. Bought the breakfast package and it was super delicious and well worth it. Stayed at this Hotel years back and I noticed they need some upgrading and renovating now. Had to ask for extra towls every day because they don't supply hand and wash cloths, so we used the extra bath towels as hand towels.
