we had wanted a room for friends so that the shower was not high, we didn't get that. we asked for an extra hand towel and were refused. the service is not as high as before

The hotel was in a really good location. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was clean and good value for money for two nights. Would stay here again very soon!
