Room was good and a good location. Very close to Alexanderplatz. An acceptable place for a few nights. Staff however were not welcoming, quite rude in fact. Almost like it was an inconvenience you being there

I was traveling for business and stayed for a couple of days. The hotel was very clean, and I especially liked the bathroom. The staff was friendly, and the Wi-Fi was also great. Two small issues: the gentleman who checked me out didn’t speak German or English very well, which was a little surprising. Also, the first key card I received became demagnetized after a couple of hours, and I had to have it re-encoded at reception.
