The hotel itself is ok. It the staff are awful, very poor manners and cannot speak well with anyone whose English is there first language. The website says the bar is 24 hours but the staff randomly d code the are too ‘busy’ and close the bar. Would recommend to anyone who wants friendly staff or the ability to drink in the hotel to book else where

The staff are very friendly & efficient. We needed to move rooms and the hotel was very accommodating. The location of the hotel is very central and close to all public transport stops.

Arrived late but not much snacks or no sandwich can buy downstair at reception, stayed in room with kettle is good , face tissue box is almost empty which should be refill.
