Convenient stay in central location.

The room is suited for single travellers who are looking for a cost sensitive stay in central Berlin. Being close to the Alexanderplatz makes this hotel a favourite when exploring the city. I will never understand why hotels still use carpets on the floor as these tend to look ugly quickly - like in this hotel. In addition, my complaint regarding a non-functional remote for the TV was ignored and not taken care of during the two days of my stay. On the other side, the breakfast is worth the extra expense and there are several other options available in 5 minutes walking distance.

It was a decent stay in Berlin. The Hotel is located 10 min walking distance from Alexander Platz where you can take the S or U Bahn to the rest of the city. The staff was really friendly and the room in which we stayed was also good. There was one stain on the curtain but that was it regarding cleanliness. However there was only 1 point of criticism and that is that the hotel fire alarm went off, and I know that you cannot really do something about that but you can have some protocols where for example the guests are transferred to. It was quite hectic, people didn’t know where to got to etc.

The perfect place to stay on a short, first visit to Berlin. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable, ensuring a good sleep. The shower room was also excellent: small. but perfectly clean with plenty of good towels. I opted to have breakfast included and it was great, with plenty of choice and lots of good coffee and fruit juice.
