This hotel is well located and clean. However our five-day stay was spoilt by a series of breakdowns: a smashed wall socket was repaired, but the bedside light didn't work after the repair; the curtain was partly off the rail (also repaired); the door lock broke and we were forced to change rooms mid-stay; on the day the lock broke we were promised the room door would be locked manually by staff, but it was left open all day (luckily nothing was stolen); for two days the TV was down; the new room we were given had a smashed coat hook and carpet stains.

My hotellrom was ekstremly dirty, with stains all over the carpet. I also got some sort of a bite on my arm from something. The sheets had stains on them, and the cups in the bathroom was greasy. I also have allergies when i comes to dust mite, and that also really fleared up during my stay, so safe to say it was not clean.
