The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city. Steps away from a metro line and blocks away from Alexanderplatz. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Hotel was well located and felt clean and airy. The view from the bedroom was a welcome surprise. The bed was small, uncomfortable, and only included one flat pillow each. Breakfast was good. Staff were fine, though there is a distinct lack of understanding or care about allergies - staff are not well enough informed about dangers or about the contents of food. Our daughter has anaphylaxis to nuts and we were told where nuts "probably" were and to check the ingredients labels. No apparent awareness of risk or impact of cross-contamination, not any effort to mitigate.

Although the hotel is well located, I didn't find a friendly customers manner all the time. In regard to instructions for reaching out important places in Berlin, some young people at the reception were precise on giving the appropriate information.
