Good location, very close to alexanderplatz and public transportation. However the room we stayed had a sunken bad and flat pillows. Could not sleep at all. Will never stay again. Good breakfast though.

Check-in process was very smooth. The room was big enough for two people. Bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were not that good. Probably could have brought our own pillows. Breakfast was very nice. I can highly recommend it. The hotel is just next to a tram stop, from where you get easily everywhere. There are nice restaurants very close, and there are also supermarkets very close. Check-out process was very smooth. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel about a 5-10 min walk from Alexanderplatz also quite close to tramline. Rooms comfortable and good breakfast.

Awful staff never booking again

The hotel itself is ok. It the staff are awful, very poor manners and cannot speak well with anyone whose English is there first language. The website says the bar is 24 hours but the staff randomly d code the are too ‘busy’ and close the bar. Would recommend to anyone who wants friendly staff or the ability to drink in the hotel to book else where
