Positive experience. The members of staff in the hotel were very helpful and kind. I had a train ticket I left at home in York and it had to be sent via DHL to Berlin, and the staff on reception were very helpful in ensuring I recieved my letter from the UK.

Breakfast was good, location good, reasonable selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase. No shampoo or conditioner, only one soap used for all things including washing hands. The worst was the plastic on the bed!

As a Diamond member I expect some recognition, however, there was none! I was extremely tired after a long journey when I arrived mid afternoon There was no hotel information or induction On arrival at my room, no welcome & no note, I thought this may come later, but never did! There was not even water, which was extremely annoying! The room was clean and ok, but with no coffee making facilities or fridge The location is good next to the main train station
