While the hotel is in good condition and well located, one key factor in choosing it over others in the same area was the clear announcement of laundry services, both on their website and in the room. When I requested the service at reception, I was told it couldn't be provided because it was too close to the weekend (I requested it on a Thursday).

I enjoyed the stay at the Ibis Berlin Hauptbahnhof very much. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. I appreciated the location very much...just across the street from the central station.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. The only thing we missed was a tea/coffee kettle in the room.
