Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at the hotel reception if the app is not working. As I could see, your incorrect bookings were all cancelled free of charge. Great location, great hotel

Fantastic location. Right next to the main station, loads of trains, trams, and underground. Best of all, fast train to the airport. Most tourist things are a walk or short train/tram/underground journey (single ticket covers all forms of transport, don’t forget to validate your tickets). The breakfast at this hotel is the star of the show. Everything you could want. The room was not large, but it was clean, the bed a little firmer than I like, but we slept very well. The staff are really nice and helpful, most speak excellent English, and I suspect French after we were talking about the French gender of chocolate. They allowed us into the room early, which was nice, and they have luggage storage, so you can dump your suitcases on check out day. Short break to see the Berlin sites, book this hotel, excellent location, excellent breakfast, and lovely staff.

The Hotel is right across the road from the Hbf, and walking distance to many of the local sites. The rooms are as you would expect for an Ibis- small but well equipped.
