First impression when entering was how clean the hotel was, it had a lovely fresh smell too. The reception was very polite and check in was quick and efficient. Room keys are needed to operate the lift which was a good safety feature. The hotel room was small, typical of a city hotel, and again clean. There were only three things that could, in my opinion, be improved on: 1. Have a USB charging point by the bed. 2. Have a "real" door to the bathroom rather than a frosted one. I was travelling with a colleague and this was a little off putting at first. 3. Have more English speaking TV channels other than BBC News. On one occasion my bath towel was removed and not replaced. However, this was easily resolved by a quick trip to reception. The reason for the overall score is to do with noise. There was very loud music on bith the Friday and Saturday night of our stay. This continued until about 1am. Whilst noise us expected in a city hotel this was more than normal. I'd advise taking earplugs. Having said the above, I would happily stay here again.

the breakfast was cold, even when I was there just when it opened, there was no coffee in my room and could not find any coffee in the lobby

Very good experience overall. Unfortunately WiFi didn't work with my MacBook - but did with my smartphone - and there seem to be some other limitation on social media. Otherwise everything OK. Good price. Good breakfast.

Good, helpful staff, but the lack of tea and coffee at the rooms was a bit disappointed.
