Rooms was clean, the location is absolutely perfect (right next to the HBF station) and staff were super friendly and professional. My room was upgraded with a stunning view and the room was spotlessly clean.

The only massive issue was the lack of in-room facilities to make hot drinks like tea or coffee; having to buy it downstairs is unfair - all rooms should have kettles.

However, I understand your concerns regarding the drinks available in the rooms. Unfortunately, this is not part of our brand's standards. You can get hot water free of charge at any time from our coffee machine in the lobby. It is also possible to borrow a kettle for a deposit.
