Door hinge to bathroom was broken, fasteners loose. Asked three times on three days receptionist to arrange fixing. On third day asked to provide me at least screw driver to fix myself. On penultimate day of stay receptionist was with extremely poor command of both German and English. Upon arrival, discount rate of 20% for parking was announced. On departure, discount was not available due to technical problems.

Spot on central location close to station even underground pathway to get there without crossing the street. Walking distance to most of the major attractions. Some great little bars on the river and the deck chairs very comfy. Staff efficient room clean everything you need for a quick stay.

No minibar inside the room specifically “I’m diabetic no any place to put my injection and water it's important to keep one small minibar in the room
