This was my second stay at an Ibis hotel, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The front desk, staff were helpful, the cleaning crew kept the room in good shape, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. As many people warn, if you are facing the central station, there will be street noise; but it’s also a lot of fun to see the trains coming and going! It is also extremely easy to get anywhere in the city thanks to the presence of that station.

Good location. Room was located on the front with lots of traffic noise and no working airco. Didn't sleep the whole night. Breakfast was good.

However, we are very sorry that the noise and room temperature disrupted your stay and prevented you from sleeping well. We would like to inform you that our ventilation system is currently set to heating mode during the cooler months and therefore cannot yet be used as air conditioning. We understand that this can be uncomfortable when temperatures unexpectedly rise, and we are working to find the most comfortable solution possible for our guests. Regarding the street noise, we recommend that you request a quieter room facing the courtyard for future bookings – we always try to accommodate such requests, subject to availability.
