Despite having confirmed our arrival (10h00)and departure times (18h00) at the time of booking and multiple times before arrival, on arriving I was informed that the reservation was only upto 14h00. This was upsetting as we were traveling with our 7 month old twins, and had specifically booked the hotel to rest between our trains journey from Warsaw to Paris. After my refusal to accept this, the front office confirmed with the Reservations and accepted that it was a mistake. It really spoiled the flavor of the stay. No effort was made by the staff to apologize or make up for the hotel's own internal communication issues. This is poor customer service... Not sure if it's due to a lack of training or empowerment.
