Location couldn’t be better just across the road from the main railway station, easy access to intercity and regional trains, U&S Bahn, trams and buses. Friendly helpful staff, well maintained room serviced daily and ample breakfast. Secure baggage storage for those arriving early or leaving late. Can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Great location just a stones throw away from all modes of public transport in Berlin and just a short walk to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate and other attractions. Friendly staff and decent rooms that are serviced daily. Ample breakfast with items continuously topped up. Secure bag storage for those arriving early or leaving late. Would certainly stay here again when in Berlin.

Location is great, staff efficient but not overly friendly. Rooms are small, clean, but adequate. They only provide 2 pillows total which wasn’t adequate. Hairdryer is useless and smelt like it was about to catch on fire. There was no in room information about facilities or location. Self service bar which was handy. Good for a short stay.

We stayed three nights because the home stay we planned fell through due to hosts’ illness. Room was very small but location was excellent for our needs.
