Dear Wahida, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to provide a few additional details. There is a QR code in every room that allows guests to access important hotel information and available services at any time. While there are no irons in the individual rooms, a separate ironing room is available for our guests. Coffee machines come as standard in our premium rooms. Should you require an additional heater during your stay, these can be borrowed from reception free of charge at any time. We appreciate your comments regarding the transparency of our amenities and will look into how we can communicate this information more clearly in the future. We fully understand how unpleasant the situation must have been for you, particularly as your privacy was compromised when using the toilet and shower.
