Upon check in I noticed the warmth in the lobby. I just thought it was warm because of the door being there. As I went into my room it didn’t get any better, I turned on the ac and gave it hours to kick in. I left to do some sight seeing when I returned still very hot in the room. During sleep it got so uncomfortable my sister had a nosebleed, we stayed another night because we had an early excursion planned and Couldn’t checkout then. We went on our excursion and when we returned we noticed soiled towels left by the housekeeping staff. The next night was worse, it was cooler outside than it was in the room. We asked to have someone come unlock the window and the window slightly detached from the hinges when opened. It was just a lot.
