• The location of the hotel is easy to access. It's only 2 station (tram) from Berlin main station and you don't have to walk a lot cause in front of the hotel is directly the tram station. • Receptionist was kind but she said wrong floor, saying 7th floor instead of 2nd floor. • Our room was comfy and warm with garden view. But we could spot there's still spiders web on the ceiling. • Plenty choices for the breakfast.

Room was comfortable but view was disappointing. Easy 10 min walk to Central station with trams out the front and metro next corner. Reception less than friendly.
