Everything was fine, staff very nice, but the one huge downside was that the wifi was not working for my entire stay there and they didn't manage to have it fixed, and a minor downside that there's no plant "milk" at breakfast freely availiable, one has to ask for it, it's 2026, some oat milk would be great.

The internet broke down on 10th May and didn't get fix until end of 11th May... And after it was fixed, the internet is still very intermittent, and never like before. I wish Mecure in Berlin is like Mercure in Madrid where there is free bottle of water that is replenish daily...

The hotel is well located close to Berlin Hbf but it is far from the advertised 4*. Status recognition nearly non-existant.

Unfortunately the toilet seat was stained with urine, and the chair next to the bed had bread crumbs all over the place.

Stayed at this location for 3 nights. Easy accessible from Berlin Hbf via tram to Mercure. Easy check-in due to Accor membership. Rooms were small and carpets appeared well worn. Clean enough to be comfortable. Centrally located and Rewe-supermarket is within 300meters. In all pleasant stay for reasonable value.
