Location of the hotel is really good - close to public transportation but the hotel itself doesn’t feel modern and it’s very basic which is not something you’ll expect from a 4-star hotel.

The hotel looks very new, is very clean. Little window between bedroom and bathroom was unique. The staff was very nice. Breakfast solid. Metro station is just around the corner, supermarket Rewe as well. Right outside the hotel is a tram stop M5, M10 which take you to main train station, Alex or Uber arena. 3,80 Euro for a single ticket is daylight robbery. I can recommend this hotel.

Well located hotel. Excellent friendly reception staff and well appointed room with new bathroom. Nice restaurant for dinner. The only improvement I would ask for is the choice in the breakfast buffet which doesn’t cater enough for non-German guests as there was too much of a focus on bacon, sausage and other pork products.
