I arrived early in the morning, the frontman said to me that my room is not available , I can let my luggage and I come back after 12-13:00 for my room ! I said after that I have an early check in as an extra selected option , PAID option , and suddenly my room is ready ! The point is that I am a status member and I can take free early check in or late check out! At the same situation , in another Accor hotel, it was Novotel , the frontman decided himself without me saying anything at all , not to charge the extra option because he said is not fair for me to pay it because I am a status member, he will give it for free that’s the rule ! That was a smart and professional approach ! Is not the money the issue , but the behavior! After that the hotel of course doesn’t worth the money at all ! Go to an other , like I will do the next time !

We had a very enjoyable stay. Room was very clean and comfortable, good pillows and bed, good shower. We had one minor misunderstanding with the room originally configured for one guest, but the front desk rapidly corrected that when we brought it to their attention. The in-house restaurant has a very nice breakfast buffet. And the hotel has a tram stop right in front that is only two stops from the Hbf.

All in all a good stay. Nice people working there, clean all in all good. Only thing for me to point at was that i was missing a refrigerator in the room.
