Stayed with partner and family in 2 rooms. Both were comfortable and well designed, with all we needed. Reception and restaurant staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful. The lady at the bar did not hide her irritation with us, that we asked her to fill our water bottles and that we hoped to wait in the bar on our final evening until it was time to leave - but this did not distract from the friendliness of all the other staff we came into contact with. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent vegan and vegetarian options.

This is our default place to stay in Berlin. A great hotel, conveniently located, with friendly staff in every role. They take all inquiries seriously, even when there's been miscommunication at corporate level. A perfect example of how the best frontline staff make all the difference, even in the largest chains. Comfortable and quiet rooms.

location is great, room was quiet, breakfast was good, personnel very friendly but I used a filter for hotels with fitness rooms and then the hotel did not have one

the hotel was incredible and the staff were friendly and correct at their job . To be able to reside there and smoke war wonderful . I found the restaurant service a huge plus drawing my stay .
