The room was neat and good size and great location close to trams and U Bahn. Check in was great as well and the staff were friendly. The small issue I had was that the liquid soap in the shower was empty, there was no spare toilet role and the one they had on was only half used. And also the cleaner did not replace the used towels with new towels everyday nor did they provide new water bottles when they cleaned the room. So I did not see the point of coming into the room to clean. But the receptionist was quick to provide me new towels, soap and toilet roll when I rang them.

Good location, fairly comfortable - rooms were spacious enough. Bed linen had holes in and when I complained we were sent new linen but told there was no housekeeping so we had to change it ourselves. The AC was not working so room was really hot. Hardly any storage space.
