I stayed in this hotel for two nights and found that it perfectly met my needs. It was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and it was a short walk from the central train station. I would happily stay here again.

Overall the staff, location, breakfast and cleanliness were great. On arrival, although Daniel was wonderful the reception desk did not appear to understand I had Gold status and what that provided - no offer of an upgrade, etc. when I requested this I was told nothing was available. I was not offered a similar room at a higher level. No bar service was available until the early evening. Having stayed at the Novotel Hamburg and Mercure Munich were there was a greeting note in my room, nothing like this at Berlin which made me question the value of ALL and obtaining gold status.
