The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the room and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and there was only 1 small, thin pillow. The staff at reception gave me a couple more pillows but would have been good to have some spare in the room. Would also be good to have some still water in the room.

Centrally located only a 10 min walk from Berlin central station, it has a tram and underground stop nearby . The hotel staff are great , the breakfast choice was of a good quality . Mid range price for Berlin Would recommended and will stay again.

We stayed two families in the hotel and everything was perfect. Bedrooms are small but very comfortable and with everything you need. The hotel is well located and well connected with public transport.

Great experience in all aspects. Started my check in with the wonderful front desk person Frederica. She is so kind and so professional Also Maamoun was so friendly and professional. The other staff were also so nice and friendly, but unfortunately I don't recall their names. I like the hotel location, room is very good and breakfast is something great with a German quality 😉 I would come again to you if I visit Berlin provided that the price is within my budget of course

Well, the location is in the centre with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets but it is an ugly and dirty neighborhood of the city. The hotel does not have a lobby, it has its caffee/restaurant. The room is ok, clean with everything needed.
