I had a very comfortable stay at Ibis Berlin Mitte. Since our home is close by, it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, and the staff were courteous, polite, and helpful. A couple of things could be improved: housekeeping entering the room when not requested, and the breakfast being a little expensive considering the spread was not always complete. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would happily return.

The housekeeping really need to improve, especially when new guest check-in to the room. I found candies wrap near my bed, previous paper envelope for the room key of the last guest before me near the phone. The tissue was nearly run out. The shower needs to be fixed as the water leak out from shower door and the wall to the other side connecting to the toilet. The good thing is the location is hard to beat and the staffs are professional. No noise problems for me even I can hear someone say something. Breakfast are out as they are renovating the restaurant.
