No coffee, tea in the room, even for an Ibis, it is too basic. The hotel is next to two Tramway station. And many restaurants and bars. It’s very noisy during the night, even with double layered windows.

A very bad experience. The room was warm and also noisy. Too hot to close the windows, too noisy to open the windows. So a hard choice every night. Because of a seminar i had no time in the weekend, other wise I had asked for another room. Because I’m afraid all the single rooms are on this bad site of the hotel.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at the Ibis Styles Berlin. At the time of booking through the Accor application, it was clearly stated that the hotel offers temperature control with air conditioning. However, during my stay, this was not the case. On the first night, the room was extremely hot. We tried to alleviate the heat by leaving the window open, but the noise from the street, nearby bars, and passing trains significantly disturbed our sleep. On the second night, after experiencing the same issue, I approached the reception twice to request instructions on how to use the air conditioning to cool the room. On both occasions, I was informed that the hotel does not provide air conditioning during the month of May. I asked what could be done to improve the situation; however, no solutions or alternatives were proactively offered by the staff. Only after I specifically asked whether a fan was available was a small fan eventually provided. This offered minimal relief, and we still had to keep the window open, continuing to face both heat and noise. As a result, we experienced uncomfortable, hot, and noisy nights in what is supposed to be a quality hotel in Berlin. It is unacceptable that a three-star hotel fails to deliver the temperature control that is clearly advertised in the company’s own application. This situation may also constitute a misleading service description under applicable consumer protection standards. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be offered. I believe a partial refund or equivalent compensation (such as Accor points or credit) would be a reasonable resolution. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response. Kind regards,
