Regarding the parking, our underground garage has only a very limited number of parking spaces, which unfortunately cannot be reserved in advance. We regret that there was no parking space available upon your arrival and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We also regret that you were initially charged for parking and subsequently had to contact us to have the charge refunded. Our hotel is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment. The work is being carried out in stages, with regular construction activities taking place exclusively between 10:00 and 18:00. We understand, however, that the ongoing refurbishment can affect the overall guest experience, and we sincerely regret that this contributed to your decision to leave after only one night. The breakfast area is therefore temporarily unavailable. Step by step, our guest rooms will also be completely redesigned and improved.
