A big fan of the brand, however the experience wasn’t as good as expected. Checkin was nice, room was clean. Second day the key stopped working due to admin error, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The bed was hard only two pillows very crammed tiles coming off in wet area shower little box falling off cleaning not good breakfast breakfast poor in hot section just beans scrambled eggs outside terrible cigarette buts all in front off hotel staff at desk were very helpful but feel it was very poor wish I had booked the other ibis in centre
