Our 3-star hotel has 51 rooms and is located in the Belfort city center, 984 yards from Belfort station, a short walk from the historic center, and close to big industry names (PSA, Alstom, Converteam and GE). Our hotel's accessibility and private car park allow our guests to enjoy being in the heart of the city of Belfort.

The hotel has great links, 4 mins from the A36, 15 mins from Belfort Montbéliard TGV station and 45 mins from Basel/Mulhouse airport. "Ibis Styles", même pas la qualité d'un Ibis budget

Franchement je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peut être classé en Ibis Styles. Les chambres sont minuscules, pas insonorisées et il n'y a pas de clim. La photo est trompeuse car quand vous arrivez la façade décrépie vous donne un aperçu de ce qui vous attend. Le personnel du soir est tout juste accueillant et le personnel du matin est débordé pour mettre en place le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni, il faut juste attendre qu'entre l'arrivée du fromage, du jambon et du pain + un croissant il faut attendre plus de 30mn.

Arrivé la nuit, après avoir prévenu la réception en fin d'après midi, le soit disant gardien de nuit a tout d'abord refusé de me donner la chambre. Puis après 40 min j'arrive a avoir ma chambre. Le matin, réveillé à 07:30 a cause du bordel dans les couloirs et les portes pas insonorisées. A 08:30, plus d'au chaude pour prendre ma douche. Le PDJ fermait à 10:30 mais à 10:10, quasiment plus rien à manger ni jus d'orange. Expérience désastreuse dans cet Hotel Ibis, alors que je suis en sus membre du Club Accor. CATASTROPHIQUE !!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER IBIS !!!!

I’m not a fan of ibis due to previous incidents at other locations but chose this as it was “supposedly” close to the Belfort train station. Also, I thought it should be ok since it was branded as ibis Styles. However, the room had a musty smell upon entering. The whole hotel appeared worn and dated. It was also indicated that there was “free in room mineral water”, not just for the room I booked but for other rooms as well. I asked about this at Reception. The lady there was not sure so she asked a guy who seemed more senior. He was defensive and rude, saying the free water was only for higher level Accor Members. If so, it should not be indicated on the website, and for the various room types too. This has certainly reinforced my bad impression of ibis.
