Staff very good . Room very good , comfortable bed . Mini bar had half bottle of opened coke left in it . I informed reception, it wasn’t taken away during length of my stay . Tea and coffee not regularly restocked, dirty cup not taken away. Not very good breakfast for €18.

Hotel was as expected however as it was snowing webgot delayed and arrived at 21h to find the restaurant closed due to the chef not being present because of the weather. The person at the reception was extremely helpful to find a solution for us and the 2 kids. Big thank you to the person working the desk on Friday 2 Jan 2026!

I am only giving the hotel a 10 because of how hard the front desk clerk Aurora worked. She made the trip run smoothly and provided so much help. Other than that I was extremely disappointed that you marketed a renovated room on your website. I thought I was reserving a new room. Instead I got a run down room that was disappointing. Breakfast was good though.

The room (119) was facing the inner courtyard and the street. The window was not insulating the noise and there was activity in the courtyard starting at 5 am. The noisy street could be heard as well.

Your visit coincided with the Poussay Fair, a major event in the region that attracts many visitors and guests who stay with us especially for the occasion. It is therefore likely that the disturbances you experienced were exceptionally due to the large crowds brought by this event. I had booked 2 rooms as I was traveling with 5 people. The hotel was very accommodating, clean and helped me to park my car. There was an issue with the shower, which my have been user error, and they remedied that quickly and got a us new room. It did not present as an inconvenience to us or the them. Breakfast was wonderful. And they assisted me in getting my large vehicle out of the tight parking with much encouragement. It was centrally located, quiet at night and a comfortable setting. We seemed to be in renovated rooms. I would recommend staying here. They were quite accommodating.

Run down and dated, definitely not a 4 star hotel experience. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful we can't fault them, but the room was tatty (paint work on the doors and door frames in particular) and the pool changing area damp and mouldy and the spa pool too hot to even put a foot in. Not worth the money we paid so disappointed.
