Hotel was as expected however as it was snowing webgot delayed and arrived at 21h to find the restaurant closed due to the chef not being present because of the weather. The person at the reception was extremely helpful to find a solution for us and the 2 kids. Big thank you to the person working the desk on Friday 2 Jan 2026!

I am only giving the hotel a 10 because of how hard the front desk clerk Aurora worked. She made the trip run smoothly and provided so much help. Other than that I was extremely disappointed that you marketed a renovated room on your website. I thought I was reserving a new room. Instead I got a run down room that was disappointing. Breakfast was good though.

The room (119) was facing the inner courtyard and the street. The window was not insulating the noise and there was activity in the courtyard starting at 5 am. The noisy street could be heard as well.

Your visit coincided with the Poussay Fair, a major event in the region that attracts many visitors and guests who stay with us especially for the occasion. We would, however, like to point out that your room faced only the hotel’s inner courtyard, which is usually well protected from outside noise. It is therefore likely that the disturbances you experienced were exceptionally due to the large crowds brought by this event. We completely understand the inconvenience caused and would like to extend our apologies once again. Please be assured that we make every effort to provide our guests with optimal comfort, even during busy festive periods.
