The hotel is terrible and outdated

The hotel is very outdated, urgently in need of renovation. The window in my room doesn't open, and there's a strange smell. The breakfast is awful for 18 euro??! seriously? —no vegetables, cold scrambled eggs and mold in the jam jar.

Nice staff, Great Parking. Unfortunately, your hotel rooms are a bit outdated. I was expecting a bit more from the design an interior of the hotel room, especially when choosing Executive rooms. Novotel as i know it does not look as old and worn out as your hotel does.

Decent hotel in good location of Belfort. Friendly english-speaking staff, very comfortable beds. BUilding and rooms are a bit outdated. Good breakfast, public parking garage attached to hotel.
