Bad experience overall. My room was open when I arrived (not locked). Rooms are very old, and my bed was 2 single beds put together instead of 1 queen size bed.

A very good stay in a freshly renovated hotel. The lobby is very bright and airy, and the rooms are spotless and modern chic. The hotel is conveniently located in Belfort.

As Gold member I was expecting a very different experience: when I joined ( outside snowing), no possibility to upgrade room, no welcome drink…the room was cold because heating was switched off. Disappointing
