Apenas fomos avisados das obras 1 semana antes e não foi explicado o Hotel estava a trabalhar no mínimo dos mínimos. Não existe nenhuma área de estar no Lobby do Hotel, ficamos limitamos ao nosso quarto. O pequeno almoço é servido numa sala de reunião, sem extração de fumos, onde os hóspedes cozinham os seus próprios ovos. Após 10 minutos toda a nossa roupa cheirava intensamente a ovos. Permanecer na sala do pequeno almoço era desagradável. A laranja cortada e disponível em taça estava azeda. Na manhã da saída foi impossível permanecer no quarto, as senhoras dos quartos falavam constantemente e demasiadamente alto no corredor. Mesmo com as duas portas do quarto fechadas era impossível descansar, trabalhar ou ler um livro. Era perceptível tudo que diziam, assuntos pessoais e insatisfação com o trabalho eram os temas de conversa. O funcionário da manhã, não usava farda, estava vestido com um casaco desportivo do F.C. Barcelona, e nem os clientes cumprimentava. Esperávamos muito mais de um Novotel. Estadia bastante inferior ao oferecido num Íbis.

Team was great, the location of the hotel too. Some points to talkabout: - Make the Wi-Fi for the guest privat as it is right now it is vulnerable. - The smell of paint that was present in the environment but there is nothing to do as there are works on progress for the better. - Add the possibility for not cleaning the room (more ecological). It is possible in another Accord hotels and I found it positive. - Add beans at the breakfast so it can be English alike 😊. Best regards,

Excellent location in Belfort, nice room & breakfast, very nice hotel staff. BUT 2 floors and the lobby of the hotel were being completely renewed, and there were consequently very annoying paint odours inside the room (via ventilation?) all night long, resulting in a strong headache in the morning. So a disappointment eventually for what was supposed to be a romantic birthday weekend...
