We stayed here during stage 13 of the 2026 Tour de France finishing in Belfort, so it was a hectic time. But the staff were very friendly and quickly corrected a problem with a discrepancy between the price quoted on the website and their local system. They even gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience. And going above and beyond, one of the staff members even drove us around town in his personal car to show us the sites! The hotel itself was clean and perfectly located for watching the tour finish. Also, the mini fridge was appreciated in the warm weather. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

As Gold member I was expecting a very different experience: when I joined ( outside snowing), no possibility to upgrade room, no welcome drink…the room was cold because heating was switched off. Disappointing

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room is comfortable. Although it is very close to the city centre, it's quite inside and we slept well. The staffs are friendly and helpful. One negative point is the parking which is expensive (1.5 Euro per hour during the day and 0.5 Euro during the night). Overall, it was a great experience.
