Decent hotel in good location of Belfort. Friendly english-speaking staff, very comfortable beds. BUilding and rooms are a bit outdated. Good breakfast, public parking garage attached to hotel.

Business trip to Belfort was quite a relaxing stay as hotel location allowed to combine both business and leisure by being centrally located at walking distance from city center; very friendly and welcoming staff; delicious breakfast in a relaxing environment; car park at underground

Great Service at the counter, very polite staff. However my iPhone got stolen in the hotel room on either the 9th or the 10th of August.

Staff are nice bur absolute worst 4-Star hotel -- I cannot recommend it to others.

Below is the review I posted on Google reviews along with photos of how dingy this hotel is. I rarely give a negative review but this hotel is awful for the price point and alleged 4-star rating online. The 150+ euro room I was given is dingy, worn, and dirty. I didn't even use the shower because it was so gross. I've stayed in hostels that were in better shape than this hotel. This hotel is charging 3-4 star prices for two-star standards. I will not return. #notimpressed Update: In the end, I did use the shower. Not only was it dingy but literally the hotel did not even provide hair conditioner, body lotion, or even a face towel. How this hotel can claim to be a 4-star establishment on Google makes no sense. I now question the integrity of the star-ratings all Novotel properties. If you stay at this property, ask to not be placed in room 201. It's well below average for an alleged 4-star property.

We had many rooms for family and friends attending a wedding. Maddy in particular was most helpful in many ways before and during our stay. Had nice group dinner on one evening. All enjoyed it.
