We arrived late on a Sunday evening, thus a 24 hs reception was important. Although I had the price given on the Allcor app, it took long time for receptionist to “recalculate” the app deal for family (I asked for breakfast but on the app don’t charge kids and in the spot it does…). Bedroom is smaller than I expected but ok fot Ibis standard; Mattress is horrible, only a “sur matellas” over the bedframe.. Bathroom after cleaning:we can back to find long hairs in the shower and we don’t have long hair, so we assumed the cleaning lady used a dirty cloth to clean it, very disappointing. Breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting the reliable service and quality I’ve experienced at other ibis locations, as I’m an ALL member. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. The hotel’s location is convenient, but that’s about the only positive aspect. The rooms were underwhelming, with low-quality bed linens and cushions that felt old and uncomfortable. Even more disappointing was the staff – they were not only unhelpful but outright rude at times. Astonishingly, none of the staff could speak English or any other language besides the local one, which is surprising for a hotel catering to international tourists. I’ve always trusted ibis and its partners to provide a consistent, guest-centered experience, but this was my first truly disappointing stay. I hope management takes note and makes the necessary improvements.

It is located nearby the main station, a tram station infront and walking distance to the main attractions. Lots of options to dine and cafes nearby. The premium rooms were super comfortable and breakfast was superb. Exceeded my expectations for thec cost
