Well located hotel, busy but clean. Let down was the room. I had to check this was the upgraded room as whilst it was modern, storage was poor. We couldn't use the kettle as it would have steam cleaned our clothes. No drawers and not enough hangers. Had to live out of the suitcase. The plug device is annoying too. But the breakfast was lovely and fresh. Nice coffee. Not full English breakfast but there was a good selection of fruits, continental plus hot food. No hotel bar. Would return but only for short break due to the storage issues. Staff were all very welcoming.

Located a few minutes walk from the underground station this is a great hotel to stay at. Circa 15 minutes walk to the old town & waterfront. Reception team were great. Room was large with a very comfortable bed & a powerful shower. Stayed here before & will again. Free water fountains available on each floor near the lift. Thanks to the team for letting me check out later as I had a late flight home. Appreciated. 10/10 from me.
