In terms of value for money, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d booked it at a reasonable price through the Accor Group’s summer discount campaign. It’s a two-minute walk from Pavlova metro station, and with a day pass, you can get around very easily. When we first arrived at the hotel, as it was quite early, they allowed us to leave our luggage in a suitable place, and later, whilst checking in, the female receptionist was very helpful; we then settled into our 24 m² family room. The breakfast offered a decent variety. After leaving the hotel, travelling from Pavlova metro station to the Main Railway Station was very convenient.

We spent four nights at this hotel and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was small but comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no lockable cabinet, safe, or refrigerator, but we were aware of the available amenities when making the reservation. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. A big plus for us was the wide selection of vegetarian options. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room itself was spotless. However, we did have one rather strange experience with housekeeping. One day, we asked for the bedsheets to be changed and specifically mentioned that we didn’t need any other cleaning, as everything else was already in good condition. When we returned, the bed had been made, but the old sheets were still on it. We knew they were the same ones because they had been slightly dirty, which was precisely why we had asked for them to be replaced. Even more surprisingly, we had left a tip for the housekeeper, which was gone despite the requested task not having been completed. We reported the situation to the front desk, and fortunately, when we came back to the room a few hours later, everything had been taken care of. Another downside for me was the air conditioning. As we were told at the front desk, it cannot be switched off completely and makes a constant humming noise. As someone with sensory sensitivities, I found this particularly difficult and had trouble fully relaxing. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide or sell earplugs, so if you are sensitive to noise, this is definitely something to keep in mind when choosing this hotel. Despite these two issues, we had a very enjoyable stay overall and would consider staying here again.

We booked the hotel mainly for the price-location combo, although the location wasn't that centraly located eitherway. Pluses: - very good shower pressure, even for the 5th floor - smart tv with all needed apps - we arrived a bit early, but we were able to receive our room before the check-in date. Huge plus if you are extra tired. Minuses: - the window only opened up to one very narrow angle - when the window was opened, there was one very obnoxious sound coming from the below ac unit. It simly got on my nerves if i left the window open to air out the room - no fridge available - although I read that the rooms were soundproof, it was simply not the case here. I could hear everyone on the hallway, be it shut doors, normal (not loud) conversations - the room was clean, but if you looked at certain details you noticed it wasn't that great. I stayed at much cleaner Ibis hotels in the past - the bed was way too soft and it had a gauge in the middle. My neck and back were crying after 5 nights :( - TV had clear lag in menu and app selection

I arrived and was allocated room 404 as an accessible room. When I arrived the room was so small that I had to remove a chair in order to have my wheelchair inside. There was also no way that I could access the other side of the bed so it meant I was unable to open or close the windows or curtains independently. Additionally, the accessible bathroom was far too small and had very limited adaptions. The drainage was also poor meaning that the floor stayed wet after use, creating a slip hazard for me as a wheelchair user

Nice looking hotel and friend staff. BUT: Very poor soundproofing and a lot of noise in the room from the hallway. You can hear everything the other guests are talking about. The bed shakes when the neighboring rooms close their doors. Impossible to sleep early or get up later due to the noise. Cannot recommend this hotel for sleeping.

Everything was very good overall. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The breakfast staff were especially friendly and welcoming. The only minor issue was that the waiting time at reception could sometimes be a bit long, especially in the evening, as there was only one staff member available. However, overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.
