We were at the hotel around 12. The blonde woman at the reception was very sullen and rude. We even commented that she might be racist. It was as if she even took our bags by force. Then we went sightseeing and came to the hotel around 19 and that staff had left and another friendly staff had come instead. We paid and went up to the room. We said let's take a shower, but no shampoo and body soap. We wanted to, but what does it matter????

comme dit plus haut hotel bien situé, chambre trop petite, rien pour poser les bagages, rien n'est prévu dans la salle de bain pour poser quelques affaires l'hotel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles

The one problem I have is the big step up in to the shower. There is nothing to stop you slipping on the shower floor and when you get out there is nothing to hold on to. The breakfast could be better - scrambled eggs are good but they don’t get fully mixed together in the preparation. The sausages are ok and the cheese and rolls are great. Bread is provided for Toasting but seems to be very hard when toasted and seems to be kept in a fridge. On each floor is a water machine near the lifts which gives normal or chilled water to drive, that along with a carafe in each room is a good idea. Shame nobody looked at the Water machine on my floor as it showed a full drip tray for the last 3 days I was there.

Es un hotel que guarda las caracteristicas habituales de casi todos los hoteles de la cadena Ibis. Limpieza, cordialidad, buenas instalaciones. Obvio las habitaciones son mas pequeñas que las de otros hoteles costosos, pero eso no es algo que nos interese a nosotros. Está ampliamente cimpensado con dus virtudes.
