Every interaction with the staff was fast and helpfull. Unfortunately the betting stop the mattress and the mattress itself where extremely hard making sleeping very uncomfortable.

The drain was blocked, had a shower and water overflowed into the bathroom(it is crazy that there is no overflow drain). The room was then flooded. I was expecting a room move but they kept me in the same room so I had to sleep with the windows wide open to let the damp smell out.

The staff was quite unwelcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant. There was also a lot of noise, making it difficult to relax. However, the cleanliness was good, and the rooms were kept in decent condition.

The room was fine and the bathroom spacious. However, the temperature of the room was so hot we could not sleep well at all. We had the windows open, shut the heat and fan, and finally by the third night it was cool enough to sleep well.
