This was the worst hotel and the worst Ibis hotel that I have ever stayed at. Room was very small, untidy, no sofa in the room to put the clothes, the cleaning was awful, they were not even cleaning/changing the teacups, refilling shampoo daily although I complained to reception several times. All the reception staff and housekeeping staff were very arrogant. When I said the cleaning is not done properly in the room, my expectation was that they will apologize and confirm that they will make sure that it will be fixed, but unfortunately the response was: "Are you sure that you didn't put "Do not disturb" sign?" It's like I never stayed in any hotel before, so I don't know what that means. When I told them that you gave me the worst room, can we please change it, the response was no we don't have any available room. I said but people come and go, nobody stays permanently, and I booked it for 1 week. They said that they don't have available rooms and I need to chase up with them every morning instead of them contacting me for available rooms. I would never recommend it to anybody to stay in this hotel; hostel would be much cleaner and better than this hotel.
