Although the location of the hotel was good, the room was extremely small. This alone might not have been a major issue; however, there were more serious concerns regarding hygiene and basic amenities. Despite it being a double room, there were no hotel slippers or face towels provided. After the room was cleaned by housekeeping, only one towel was replaced instead of two. Experiencing this made me quite disappointed, especially from a hygiene perspective. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not think I would choose to stay at your hotel again. I wanted to share this feedback so you are aware and can hopefully improve this for future guests.

The hotel is very closed to the subway and to the tram station in a quiet district. The intercontinental breakfast is perfect with a lot of choices. Excellent stay in this hotel. I recommend it.
