We had a very large room with character. We very much liked the buffet breakfast and relaxing in the courtyard. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was excellent with a well connected tram stop just outside. The tram service and metro were very good and pid app was easy to use. Prague was a very clean and safe city. We would recommend the city and the hotel to friends, family and work colleagues

Please do not publish any of my comments anywhere. The AC was not working and it was 104 F in Prague. Despite this, and a very poor working environment for themselves, the employees remained as friendly and helpful as they could be in an impossible situation. We moved from our beautiful room overlooking the Bridge to a much smaller room and kept the drapes closed 24/7 to help keep out the heat. Room service was fabulous. The employees are terrific, especially David at the front desk, and Alan, the Concierge.
