Definitely appreciated the unexpected gifts given to me during my stay. Loved the location of my suite as it has the view of the river, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Breakfast spread was satisfying. Highly recommended.

The Mozart is a beautiful hotel. Originally a palace and converted. We stayed 6 nights. The reception and restaurant staff are fantastic. Our check in and check out was seamless and breakfast everyday was fabulous. The cleaning staff were a bit hit and miss. We had booked an executive room and were upgraded to the 3rd floor loft apartment. Very large space and very comfortable. Only downside was the 3 flights of stairs and no windows, only skylights. There were no pictures of this room on the website. Bathroom was large but had wasted space without any side table to put our toiletries. Accor hotels have the best beds in the world. We slept very well! Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Charles Bridge and walking distance to the old town and tourist areas. We really enjoyed the experience of staying at the Mozart and would stay again.

Bad hotel. The receptionist's reception is poor and provocative. The hotel is filled with the smell of food from the kitchen. The rooms are not comfortable

From the moment we arrived to our departure we were given first class treatment. All of the staff were consistently very friendly and nothing was too much for any of them. A bottle of Prosecco and cake and macaroons in the room with a personal welcome message on arrival was an additional nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a great selection and we also ate in the Meateater restaurant which was also very good. It is an expensive hotel and we had a river view room but you pay for what you get and in this case it was well worth it in a great location right next to the Charles Bridge and most other attractions in easy walking distance. The views from our room was amazing views and we experienced a very high standard of service throughout our stay.
