We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room and the overall value you perceived during your stay. We would, however, like to clarify one point regarding our room categories and the photographs presented on our website. The Mozart Prague is a historic property, and each of our rooms is individually designed, with differences in layout, size, furnishings, architectural features, and decoration. For this reason, the rooms within the same category are not identical. Our website therefore presents photographs of several different rooms within each category, and the room descriptions specify that the room assigned may differ from the room shown in the photographs. This approach reflects the unique character of our historic property, where preserving the individuality of each room is an important part of the guest experience. At the same time, we take your comments regarding the condition and cleanliness of certain elements of the room seriously. We are continuously working on improvements and renovations across the property, while carefully balancing these developments with the preservation of its historical character. We also appreciate your positive feedback regarding our central location, which is certainly one of the highlights of The Mozart Prague. Thank you again for sharing your observations. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our historic building, convenient location, and the service provided by our team. We are also glad that, after you shared your concerns with us, we were able to arrange a comfortable air-conditioned room for you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the initial room, particularly the noise from the air blower and the bathroom being located on a different level. As a historic property, some of our rooms have unique layouts and architectural features, which can vary considerably from one room to another. Nevertheless, we understand that this particular arrangement was not comfortable for you, especially during the night. We also appreciate your comment regarding the maintenance of the equipment.
