The staff are wonderful, the building is exceptional, the room was spacious and of the period. Having a room with windows onto the inner courtyard meant that the constant music with its loud beat was particularly irritating. The courtyard should be haven of quiet and peace. The breakfast food was good with a variety and quality. The food in the restaurant was not good, expensive and of poor quality, once again the staff were good . the bar area was none existent, we arrived in the bar for a pre dinner drink, this was a disappointment , no staff , no customers, the place was empty. could do better. Concluding, the premises , location and staff, full marks. The operation not up to standard.
