I had an amazing stay. The location was perfect – conveniently situated between the castle and the old town, and directly next to Charles Bridge. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The river view was also lovely. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Abdulrahman at the front desk was particularly helpful with restaurant reservations. Two other ladies were very welcoming and assisted me in arranging a private hotel guide, who was very informative. The breakfast was enjoyable. Although the buffet was cancelled, we were able to order from the menu, which included all the buffet items. While service was a bit slow, the food quality was excellent. My only minor note is that fresh-squeezed orange juice was not available. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Mozart for your trip to Prague. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing compares to waking up to the beautiful view of Old Prague. We were more than pleased with the room offered. The layout was thoughtful, with a small room for luggage, a small walk-in closet, a small toilet and the greatest bathroom we had the opportunity to experience in a hotel. We appreciated having two wash basins, rain-shower and the double hot tub! Truly a great room for a couple to enjoy!

Romance package was excellent. Bed was sturdy ;) and comfortable. Breakfast was meh. Room was chilly. Felt dirty with mildew and broken walls around tub. Bathrooms smelled weird and noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful and kind.
