I’m a seasoned traveller and I can say the fresco room at The Mozart is unique. My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The breakfast is great and doesn’t get repetitive even after 4 days.

The Mozart Prague was recommended to us by a business associate who had stayed there last year with his family. We trusted his judgement, and didn’t even look into staying anywhere else. We were delighted with the staff, our room, and being 1 block from the Charles Bridge…well, it doesn’t get any better than that.

We throughly enjoyed all the aspects of The Mozart Prague- the location, the beautiful old building, the character and the wonderful, helpful and always kind and courteous staff

The concierge was amazing - he sat down with us and drew us a map of town and the places we should go. We had our laundry done and it was perfect. Overall, wonderful stay!

extremely disappointed and upset during booking I request by telephone with hotel to use 3 suite upgrade they have re fuse to confirm and told me this will be done at arrival upon availability so far my experience it was always be confirm or not if not I will have move to an other hotel As the result I spend 3 days in a monastic cell with a blocking window with view overlooking external balcony corridor and a factory chimney this is nothing else than a trap must never confirm without keeping posted I am extremely upset the way that accord treat loyal costumers

We selected your hotel for the location to the charles bridge. We loved the view of the bridge and the castle from our room. We especially loved the attentive staff and we were very impressed with their greeting every time we passed each employee in the halls. We appreciated fulfilling our request for a extra bed.

We booked the Mozart hotel to celebrate my niece birthday. I’ve emailed hotel weeks before regarding extra bed and a some smallsurprised for my niece. They responded me regarding bed but ignored for birthday request. We were extremely excited to stay at this hotel and we paid $2000 and booked one of the biggest and most expensive room at your hotel. However when we arrived we didint get any offer of welcoming drinks etc. receptionist was friendly. Bellboy brought our luggage’s in our room and told us that drinks in the fridge r complementary ( we don’t even drink alcohol) but there was a paper in the fridge for prices which surprised us. There were no any complementary sweets, fruits, drinks or anything for my niece that I have requested for surprise and I got so disappointed. The extra bed that they provided for my niece who will be 30 soon was very uncomfortable very poor condition to sleep on it. She had terrible sleep for 3 nights. Hotel only left one black tea bag which is showing how stingy they were and each time we had to call reception for few more extra, problem is they didint even note this and we had to call reception for 3 days to ask for few more extra tea bags which found it very embarrassing. Breakfast was very limited two type of cheese and very limited bakery for this type of hotel wasn’t something that I was expecting. We could paid to have way better breakfast some in local cafes. We came to Prague last January and we stayed in way smaller and cheaper hotel which we paid around £300 only offered us 10 times bigger and more rich when it comes to selection of breakfast. I wanted to stay at four season or mandarin however we wanted to stay more traditional that’s why we chose the Mozart. We could actually stayed at 2-3 stars hotel pay around $400-500 and receive same service that the Mozart hotel gave us and spend other $1500 for dining and shopping in Prague. Thankfully we just spend all our time outside of our hotel room. The only positive thing of the Mozart hotel is friendly staff and location. It’s def not even worth to spend £1000 for 3 nights at this hotel. I’m so sorry for sharing my honest thoughts. Regards,

We were very excited to come to this hotel. Sadly, it did not meet our expectations for the price we paid. The check in experience was not welcoming. The most pleasant part was the man who brought our baggage to our room. He was very nice. The man who checked us in was cold, not friendly. I felt like we were burdensome to him. I asked for a kettle and he even forgot to send that up. We had to ask again late at night so we could have tea. Our server was very nice for breakfast, but it was lacking Gluten Free options. Bread was as good as it got as far as any kind of grain options. All other 5 star restaurants we've been to over the years have pastries, etc to choose from. I did email the hotel requesting gluten free options beforehand and they had a welcoming plate of gluten when we arrived. Wish they would have read my email. I would have expected a 5 star hotel to pay attention to detail. By our last day, we put do not disturb and didn't even ask for housekeeping. We literally felt like a burden to the hotel. One important item to mention was the internet. It was so intermittent, I couldn't work and we couldn't watch TV. As business owners, we needed reliable internet. At checkout, there was a woman that was very nice and apologetic. She said she'd credit our account with $100 worth of points. But, that hasn't happened. Wish this stay was better and I hope you can use this information to help your staff.

Beautiful site and location, but no shower door/curtain and all the water ran into the bathroom. We had to use bath mat and towels and robes as a dam to prevent entire bathroom from flooding

I booked a group of 20 pax , everything went well, except that there is some noice in the morining with the linnen utility carts. Msg to GM: Get some soft big Michelin tires onto tose carts, so that they don't make so much noise when moving th carts over the cobble stones in the courtyard.

The room was big and comfortable, everything was clean and the upkeep was noted and the location of the hotel was great, however, I had a room in a second floor with three sets of stairs, with no elevator, which was not comfortable after a day/days of walking 20km.

Guests should be reminded that this is a very old hotel, thus the room was on the small side, but perfectly sufficient for our needs.

You can't beat the location. Staff were very nice. I am not sure I would stay here again though. The room was so small. Once you put your luggage in it is very difficult to walk around. The bathroom was also tiny. The shower had no door so keeping water off the floor was impossible. The place is old which is part of the charm but also part of the problem.

Wonderful 4-night visit, but for the price we had issues with our room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an ornate Deluxe Room featuring outstanding views of the river, Charles Bridge and castle and in a convenient location, footsteps away from famous landmarks. Received warm welcome from the Reception team and Immerculate from the bar. Special thanks to Allan who patiently explained all the best places to visit and especially the Saturday Farmer’s Market and Vyšehrad which we would have missed had he not mentioned it with detailed guidance

First visit to Prague

Great position. Lovely courtyard. View from room. Clean spacious room. Breakfast good. Helpful reception. Issues- breakfast table cleared whilst we were still getting food despite full drinks on table. Courtyard evening meal - server pleasant but hovered too much.

We had booked a semi-complicated stay with one room style (supreme) for two nights and then a different room style (full fresco) for the third night. The booking and room movement was orchestrated like Mozart by the hotel staff. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the concierge and the bell staff. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and the staff there was also amazing and the food was good. The one night we had dinner there, the food was good as well. We visited many hotels on this trip and the Mozart was the most well maintained and friendliest of all of them. We were treated special and felt special the entire time. Kudos for making our adventure in Prague so outstanding!

The hotel is a loverly building in a great location for walking to all the main city historic buildings on both sides of the river. We had a loverly view of the river and castle from our room, which was a very good size. Overall a near perfect stay.
