Overall a cute and beautiful Hotel. Staff super friendly (especially Budi) and good breakfast. We stayed in a beautiful room with Wooden beams in the Celing, it was up in the attic. The elevators works up to the 4th level, then you have to go outside in an access balcony and in to the annex and take the stairs one more floor. No problem for us, but if I would have traveled with my mum, it wouldn’t have been an option. However the room was so cold. We had 2 extra portable heaters and the second night we didnt sleep Many hours because of the coldness. To call the front desk was not possible, because the phones didnt work in any of the rooms. If I’m going back, it will be in a warmer month.

Really lovely breakfast selection, room unfortunately smelled of drains and damp. There was also no wi-fi connection which the reception staff seemed aware of . As our stay was brief we mentioned the problem but did not pursue the issue.

We stayed 2 nights at the Mozart Prague. The staff was amazing and exceptional. I have to give credit to Mr. Budi at the reception. He is the friendliest receptionist we met so far, knowing we travel the world usually on business and leisure. Rooms are good. Great job and chapeau for the management.
