We stayed in the Mozart suite which was excellent, great size, well appointed, clean, and tidy. Hotel staff were also excellent the whole stay. What truly elevates the stay, however, is the outstanding service. Alan Jones, the concierge, was absolutely brilliant—his warm hospitality, local insights, and flawless recommendations made my time in Prague unforgettable.
If there is one small area for improvement, replacing the shower-over-bath setups with modern walk-in showers would significantly enhance guest comfort and accessibility. Beyond that minor detail, it remains a fantastic base in the heart of the city, and I would happily return!

We found the whole hotel very dated, heavily worn, and poorly set up . . . like a bathroom with poor shower/tub set up for a supposed suite.

We would, however, like to clarify one point regarding our room categories and the photographs presented on our website. The Mozart Prague is a historic property, and each of our rooms is individually designed, with differences in layout, size, furnishings, architectural features, and decoration. For this reason, the rooms within the same category are not identical.
Our website therefore presents photographs of several different rooms within each category, and the room descriptions specify that the room assigned may differ from the room shown in the photographs. This approach reflects the unique character of our historic property, where preserving the individuality of each room is an important part of the guest experience.
At the same time, we take your comments regarding the condition and cleanliness of certain elements of the room seriously. We are continuously working on improvements and renovations across the property, while carefully balancing these developments with the preservation of its historical character.
We also appreciate your positive feedback regarding our central location, which is certainly one of the highlights of The Mozart Prague.

We received a huge room with no aircon and a very noisy air blower! the bathroom was accessable by stairs, very uncomfortable to go the toilet at night. I complained about the room and we received a nice air-conditioned room as ordered!
