Helpful staff. Good location. Some Elevator and traffic noise. Would have preferred to be able to use stairs to access rooms but these were locked. I don't agree with this policy. Curtains didn't really block out the light.

A very pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The location is excellent, and the possibility of parking is a big advantage. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the breakfast, which could be improved. The most annoying part of the entire stay was the outdated key cards, which constantly stopped working randomly and had to get a new one. In my 20 days stay I almost changed the card 9 times. Which is super annoying. Rest were fine.

Our stay was very pleasant. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The hotel's location is perfect - far enough from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to be peaceful, yet still close to the city center and major cultural attractions. One suggestion I have is to make it easier to earn points when guests choose to skip room cleaning. I would also appreciate a better way to access the Wi-Fi, ideally without requiring registration, and with the option of a wired Ethernet connection. Finally, it would be great if the rooms were equipped with Smart TVs, allowing guests to stream music from Spotify or access their own streaming services more easily.
