well located, good breakfast, helpful friendly staff, 4 min walk to andel tram stop/ metro , tesco supermarket 2mins walk and several good restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk

The good things: The room was perfectly fine for the money I paid, the staff at the reception desk was very nice too. The not-so-good things: The sound insulation was rather poor and I could hear the cars with the windows closed at night. The room was not very clean either, as in, I saw hairs stuck to the wall in the shower and in the bathroom. The hair fan was extremely dirty and dusty. Overall, I think it was okay for the price but there is certainly room for improvement.

Upon the arrival we have discovered that we have only 1 big bed-cover for 2 persons, while we strongly prefer 2 single ones. After the claim it was solved by the reception. What I see as a small disadvantage of the hotel are longer waiting times for the lifts, while the stairs are available only for evacuation purposes. Otherwise the stay was fully OK and met our expectations.
