Usual Ibis hotel - room and bathroom as you'd expect but starting to feel like a refurbishment is due. Good location close to Andel metro station with numerous tram routes also serving the area. Shopping centre nearby with a big Tescos so easy to buy food items locally.

The staff was professional. In my room (312) the bed was fine, but the shower drainage was blocked and the room showed some wear and tear, like chips of the wooden furniture and stains on the carpet. For the price paid, the hotel was good enough

Pros, Staff very friendly and professional. Hotel is well located in a busy aera with good public transport links. Rooms are good, clean, what you would expect. Luggage storage is available. Cons, Route from main street to Hotel reception is safe but "Very Poorly" illuminated, verging on dangerous... Hotel breakfast is only so-so, a good selection but the scrambled eggs and hot dog sausages... plus the bread rolls are too small to do anything with and might be frozen...

It was cheap but wasn’t a great experience. Staff not welcoming, room wasn’t very clean. It wasn’t too nice to see coffee machines with signs saying "for conference room only". It wouldn’t cost much to provide complimentary coffee and it would send a much better message

Comfortable hotel with nice staff and great soundproof windows. The worst part are the old style magnetic cards which periodically stops working. For us they stopped working 10 minutes after check-in and we had to go to reception to get them activated again. The receptionist said that this happens often. After that we spent another 5 minutes trying to get to our room - the door card reader were not letting us in our room.

Helpful staff. Good location. Some Elevator and traffic noise. Would have preferred to be able to use stairs to access rooms but these were locked. I don't agree with this policy. Curtains didn't really block out the light.

A very pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The location is excellent, and the possibility of parking is a big advantage. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the breakfast, which could be improved. Overall, a great hotel and I would happily stay here again.
