The room had a horrible burning smell when the air con was on so we had to keep the window open instead.room was very warm. Apart from 1 member of staff who worked in the breakfast area the other staff wasn't very welcoming. The room was very basic with a comfortable bed. We would of liked to have had a safe and small fridge in the room. Great location for catching the tram,bus or metro. Plenty of restaurants close by and shops. Breakfast at the hotel was very fresh.

The room was good, at a comfortable size. It was clean and very efficient for short stays. The beds creaked when you moved but was not bothersome. The only negative was the noise from outside. Inspite of being on 4th floor, I could hear everything on the road throughout the night. So, maybe uncomfortable for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was amazing. Usually, reception would explain facilities of the hotel, but I wasn't informed of any. I found that a bit weird. But a very decent stay.
