via Barbora everything went smooth, pre check in, points deduction, room , even she arrange a carton which i needed during my stay, as well as storage room, All was well briefed to Zusana which did therefore also a good job follow up and welcome drink. points All Accord was done very smoothly; Cleaning room was also fine, breakfast was ok but sometimes eg serving the egg on a plate is not convenient in view of too little space . rest all fine

There was neverending noise the entire night, coming through the thin, non-isolating windows.

Staff so helpful and friendly and very informative,breakfast was outstanding,fresh fruit ,pancakes ,and a a very varied choice .Well located ,2 mins from shops ,trams ,buses ,metro .bars and restaurants.Brilliant hotel ,will definitely return 😄😄😄

I had a good experience. The room was pretty spacious and clean, it had almost everything I expected (an electric kettle would have been nice). The bed was comfortable. The staff was firendly and competent. This hotel has a very good location near the metro and a shopping mall, a few nice cafes and restaurants are also nearby. All in all, my stay was a pleasant one.
