Really well-located, near tram stops and shops, but still nice and quiet. Spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful, the air con and WiFi were good, and my room was big and well-laid out, with lots of storage space. Nice lobby area. The only downside was no kettles, but I'd seen online beforehand so brought a portable one, and the towels were a bit small and thin. But other than that, excellent, and great for getting around Prague. Definitely quieter and more local than the touristy areas - in a good way.
