From check in through the check out everything was perfect. We did not have a single issue, and this was the best hotel of the 6 hotels we stayed at during our most recent trip to Europe. As a lifetime titanium Marriott and Hilton Diamond member, I usually choose their properties, however based on reviews, I felt I should try out this one. We spent three nights at the Fairmont Golden Prague, we would highly recommend the Hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed.
The Spa is a great experience with good facilities, particularly liked the morning and evening exercise classes. The pool area is clean and has excellent indoor and outdoor areas with Saunas, steam room, hot tub and shower area. For those with limited mobility also a hoist to assist you in and out of the pool. The Gym very well equipped with everything you would expect and more.

Mt wife and I were there for our 15th anniversary holiday trip. The Fairmont Golden Prague is a wonderful five star hotel very centrally located for visiting Prague and the old town. My husband and I arrived for a four night stay after a long overseas flight and were well looked after while we waited for our room to be ready. We had booked a Fairmont Gold Signature Suite with lounge access and were upgraded to the 1 Bedroom Signature Suite which was so spacious. We both loved the styling of the suite, from furniture to flooring to amenities, all were exceptional. Every detail, was perfect including the champagne, chocolates and fruit bowl upon arrival in our suite. Daily housekeeping was very good.
We had a lovely breakfast every morning and the service was wonderful. The poached egg avocado toast from the menu was delicious. Special thanks to Alphie (hopefully that's his name) for his attentive service each morning.
We had dinner at Golden Eye one night and the food and views were amazing. Excellent sushi and service.
We spent our later afternoons at the lovely indoor/outdoor pool. They had service and you could order food and drinks. We enjoyed a great club sandwich and some delicious Aperol Spritzes & rose wine.
On our last night we called to ask if there an option for us to have breakfast delivered because we had an early morning flight. They sent a lovely breakfast with delicious pastries, fruits, coffee & fresh juice. This was at 6:30am, before the buffet even opened, so we truly appreciated it.
We went to the Club Lounge before dinner each evening during their happy hour. They had a small selection of hor d'oeuvres and nice selection of wines and champagne.
The entire stay was lovely and every member of the staff was professional yet friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Prague.

P.s. - should consider woking on the toothpaste pack, while in the spirit of sustainability - it's extremely difficult to tear open and toothpaste is hardly enough for a 2-3 night stay.
The other issue is the glass bottles of water - had to struggle to uncap the bottles each time. Mgt should try uncapping a few bottles on a daily basis.

We held a corporate event at The Fairmont on September 3rd. We were treated very well in our initial planning with Vito and Nikolina, but had a terrible experience with Aizhan trying to change invoicing right before the event (during Nikolina's absence). That definitely eroded the trust just before our arrival

I've stayed twice at the Fairmont, and I will come back soon. I love everything about it, and having traveled all around the world, I can say it is one of the best hotels I've ever visited. It has all the amenities one could wish for: the staff is wonderful, there is a 24/7 gym, a decently sized pool, and a sauna open until late. The breakfast is great and lasts until 11am. It is quiet even though it is located in the heart of Prague.

The hotel was lovely inside and the Gold level exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very attentive. The room service was excellent and a varied menu.
The only downside is the roof terrace during the summer should be open from 10am all day as a lovely place to sit have food and drinks. even with a book it would have been nice
