I didn't see any information about the hotel not having parking available only in a different location (if it was mentioned on the app at all). The staff told me to park in the shopping mall just down the street. When I asked for specific directions, they looked at me as if I was being silly. It was simply the next building over — that’s all they had to say, but they didn’t. At the hotel bar, we ordered two signature cocktails and two shots each, and we honestly felt nothing after drinking them. For the price, the drinks were far too weak. The carpet in the breakfast area is disgusting. The writing on the mirrors and the Bugs and Lola Bunny masks in the room may seem like a fun addition to some guests, but to us it felt like a bad joke. There’s no way I’m going to wear a cheap, flimsy plastic mask when I have no idea where it’s been, especially with the suggested intention. On top of that, charging the amount shown on the price tag for such a cheap plastic mask that's available for cents online is honestly insulting. There was also no information about the loud construction site literally right next to the hotel.

It was a wonderful stay - clean room - working lift - wonderful breakfast. I loved the fresh juice machine!!! And the free drink card was a bonus offer!

The room was comfortable with a nice shower/bathroom. The TV didn't work properly and needed replacing, which was a shame. Would be good if there were some fitness facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly

Just amazing! Stayed at this Mama Shelter last year and the reading booked again as in the area. After a long day travelling and not getting here until 9pm everything was just so easy and pleasant at check-in. Asked for a room with a good view, and whoo, exceeded my request. Allocated 9th floor and such an amazing view and such a comfortable prepared room for my arrival. Such a quirky hotel, pool table, pinball and retro 80’s gaming along with board games also. A lovely presented hotel. Bar area good, staff very pleasant and professional. Check-in with Peter very straight forward and attentive. Room spotless, housekeeping excellent! Perfect for tram and easy to centre short walk also towards the river with beautiful scenery. Easy to get about to Prague main station and airport only 45mins away with public transport. Shopping centre 2min walk has food hall and supermarket/shops. Would not hesitate to book this hotel, very happy customer. Thank you!
