We liked it but it, it's a fun hotel with an interesting concept but definitely it didn't feel like a 4 star hotel which was a bit disappointing. The room got smells from the kitchen almost every day, in the shower there's just shampoo/shower gel but nothing more, no kettle, no tea bags or coffee machine and the pillows in the beds are extra soft and from our point of view, not so comfortable. The cleaning service was so so, they wouldn't even change your dirty glasses for cleans ones. Also breakfast was always extra full so it was impossible to have your breakfast in the restaurant area so we needed to go to the bar area to sit. The whole experience was ok, but we were expecting a bit more for a Accord group 4 star hotel.

Just to note, a kettle is available with a refundable deposit and tea bags can be provided at reception, so sorry we did not offer such service. Everything was great. Food was awesome. We tried breakfast buffet and dinner. Both exceed our expectations. Cookies are delicious. Thanks for the upgrade.

It is a beautiful hotel, with a nice crew. On the other hand, for a hotel that charges (and not a little) for the parking, the parking itself should be improved a lot - as there are construction parts, bits and pieces of rusty metals spread on the ground which makes it really dangerous for people, especially for small kids. A lot to improve in this sense.
