Lovely vibe, great staff, nice breakfast and the public transport options to downtown are also good. Some shower cabin leakage and a warmer than average room temperature were tiny problems.

I am always really having a nice time in your hotel. Last week (between March 16th and 19th) breakfast has been very messy. i get there was a lot of people but that is the point, people were chasing places everywhere not only because there were a lot of people but also because some tables were not cleaned quickly etc...so just a constructive comment regarding the way these moments are planned and handled

I had a great stay for my short business trip. I have to give extra kudos for the waitress ladies - they are so kind it's amazing! The only weird experience was my checkout and what followed. I checked out Wednesday morning and a few hours later I received an email from the hotel which a bleached splash on the carpet asking if the damage was there already or did something happen during my stay. First of all, since it was an image of only the carpet and no other furniture to even see where this damage was, I couldn't even be sure if it was the same room. Second, I was on a business trip, largely not in the room. This was clearly a bleach damage. Who waltzes around rooms with harsh colour stripping compounds? Yep, likely not the guest. Blaming the guest with a photograph of a random carpet pattern is quite frankly a weak and disappointing move.

The purpose of the email was simply to politely double-check whether the issue with the carpet occurred before or during your stay, as this information was unfortunately not included in our room report. For context, it happens quite often that guests color their hair in the room, and in such cases, bleach from the hair dye can sometimes accidentally affect surfaces like carpets. Our message was just a standard follow-up to understand the situation, not to blame anyone. We completely understand how the email may have felt unusual, and we apologize for any confusion or concern it caused. Our intention was solely to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on the matter. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we would be delighted to welcome you back for your next visit.
