Booked through Asahi concur system to stay a couple of nights, I am a regular customer. When I visited the restaurant to have a quiet evening working with a meal i was told that a function was on and the restaurant was not available. I was advised to go to the bar but there was told they could not provide food due to this function in the restaurant. From my room i called room service who told me I would have to wait over an hour just for a salad. I was very disappointed with this response and given the weather was bad and i was not dressed to go out i worked from my room and did not eat that evening. Given this is the second issue recently at this hotel, I have rebooked my next 2 stays at an alternative hotel

In general very comfy and well located hotel. Staff in general was friendly and helpful. One day room was not cleaned till we had to request. They don't give water in the following days ( how cheap can you be). They didn't even try to accommodate a late check out and asked for ridiculous prices.

Loved the location of this hotel, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious, good heat and power in the shower, and the breakfast was awesome! Staff were helpful and friendly.Really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will come back soon.

I am very happy I have discovere the place among many other hotels. The Executive room was great but the bed was the greatest! Also the height of the room made me sleep so soundly each night. If I had to mention one "minus" - for unknown reasons in the little drawer for tea and coffee, tea was added daily while no coffee capsules so I had to manage with the "starter pack" for my entire stay, strange....
