Reception and restaurant staff very nice and helpful! My bathroom sink room 414 was not clean - a lot if brown staining around plug and around basin. I think you should get a proper cleaning and maintain it. Otherwise, all good!

The hotel is in a great location, close to almost everything. It’s only about a 6-minute walk from the city center and the Astronomical Clock. The staff working in the kitchen and dining area were wonderful, especially Joe from Brazil, who was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were not as friendly or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing.

The service at the M Gallery is first class. From the staff in the breakfast room, to the bartender who found my favorite Port wine, to the check in staff, everyone made this visit a special time. This hotel is now my preferred hotel in Prague. Cannot be beat for location, value, and professional staff.

Perfect location for exploring Prague, with a great choice of local restaurants. A comfortable room, but let down by poor air conditioning and lack of storage space resulting in us having to live out of our cases.
