We visited Prague for new year’s celebrations towards the end of our honeymoon. Our train was delayed and the hotel was kind enough to take into account this information sent through mail and our rooms were ready when we arrived. The check-in was extremely smooth. I am currently unable to spell the name of the hotel executive who helped us check in but he is an expert at what he does. He was kind enough to chart out all the best places to enjoy in the city and also told us how to get there. Our welcome drink (a bottle of sparkling wine) was waiting for us when we entered our room. The next morning we had breakfast at the restaurant and the spread was excellent. The check out process along with airport transfer was also taken care of very well. The hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations for the service. We look forward to visiting again!

I had an amazing experience, the location of the hotel was great, only a few minutes away from the center and most attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful with a great attitude. Room service 24/7. Very clean, warm and cozy. I would definitely recommend.
