The cleanliness, design, services, helpfulness of the staff are excellent, exactly what one would expect at an MGalle ry hotel. The overall atmosphere nicely incorporates the unique history of the building (Kafka) without being too much.

Overall quite good, but there are a lot of areas that the hotel needs to pay attention to. small but noticeable issues in the rooms, breakfast, and most importantly the accor booking system

We had a pleasant stay at Century Old Town Prague. The hotel has a beautiful historic character, but still feels modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring Prague on foot, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Hotel in Prague. And, will stay here again if we come back to the City. Great Location, Friendly Staff, Comfortable Room. Recommend Rooms ~ 4th or 5th Floor, overlooking the front of the Hotel and near the elevator. Our room was right across the hall from the Elevator (Room # 411) - very quiet & convenient! A couple 'cons' with this stay - 1.) The A/C should have been available to use in the Room. Because it was March...Hotel had not yet turned on the A/C System. Had to ask the Front Desk Staff to come and unlock the Windows...so we could have cool air. Rooms were just too hot without A/C or the windows open for our entire stay (4 nights). With the wndows open - In the early mornings & late evenings...got a bit loud from street noise. 2.) This was the first time we ate in the Hotel Restaurant. Menu was short, Food was 'weird' & Overpriced. Highly recommend 2 nearby Restaurants (very close...on the Corner) ~ 'Next Door' & 'Imperial Cafe'. Both very good with many Menu choices.
