As always i had a very good stay, the staff has been lovely and the room comfortable and quiet. And i loved chatting with the Brazilian lady server at breakfast. The only downside i would say, is the toilet paper. Its too thin and for a hotel like MGallery it looks very cheap. But the rest was perfect.

A good stay, and excellent service from the staff. Disappointed with the lack of hot water in my room on the 5th floor in the mornings on 2 mornings, and it took a few calls to get it resolved. Other than that, a great stay, nice staff, good food, lovely building and wonderful city.

Book in was professional and great. Good decor with modern feel In an old building, good mix. Room was clean and adequate, duct on the outside wall was not the best and a bit noisy room 133). Breakfast was not the best, ran out of many items even when we changed times to see if it was the time of morning that was the issue, it was not. Bar service was poor, lengthy the first time, second time we ordered and was then asked again what we would like as our order had not been actioned.
