Lovely hotel in a good position for old town Prague and tram stops . Very comfy bed in a modern room , superb breakfast buffet , spotlessly clean and friendly staff in all areas ( great cocktails in the bar made by 2 lovely members of staff ) . Highly recommend thd hotel if visiting Prague .

only some of the staff may be more kind and more smiling. this problem we face few time. and I wish we could have room at 14.30pm when we checked in. thank you
