Dear Team, I was very impressed with the whole team during my recent stay at your hotel. The person that helped me check into the Hotel on arrival was very helpful. He assisted me to use some Accor ALL Rewards points towards part of my stay. The concierge helped me with bags to my room as well as some tips on some local sight seeing within walking distance from the hotel. I was very impressed with the bar person that suggested the Welcome drink cocktail. It was outstanding to mix the two different colours together and make a green drink before your eyes. I also have to thank the staff member at reception that gladly offered me a late checkout the next morning when I asked late in the evening. Thank you to everyone, your level of attention to detail is to be commended. This hotel is a lovely, small but wonderful hotel right in the centre of Prague. If you are looking for a hotel with all of the modern facilities but without the hassle, please consider this hotel. Also, for any Accor members, you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this McGallery Hotel. I will certainly stay here next time I choose to come to Prague again in the future.
