Great location for Metro and Trams to explore Prague. Though old town sights on the doorstep for exploration on foot. Staff made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Including cleaning staff and those on the breakfast shift. This seemed a really happy well run hotel. Breakfast was always welcoming with great staff, great choice of options and delicious omelettes cooked to order plus good coffee. Would highly recommend.

Great location, staff were attentive and very helpful specially during check-in, we stayed at suite 432, great room, only feed back is the bed was very uneven and concave at one side, for a mini suite, we were expecting a much better bed and mattress
