From the minute you welcomed by the reception staff until leaving one feel at home. Each of the staff does its best (with a genuine smile) to approach one needs. I loved very much (and I’ve never experienced it in any other hotel) that a member of the staff approached each room at around 7 p.m asking if there is something you need (like more coffee, shampoo etc.). The room executive) is spacey and well organized. Everything was neat and well maintained. The only con. thing is the douche area, too small for a large person. Otherwise the bathroom is in very good condition. Excellent and rich breakfast, worth its price. We also had à la carte dinner. Good Chef. We definitely will like staying here again at our next visit.

Extremely beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. My only complaint is that I got bitten by bed bugs (I mentioned and showed checking out ).

I have been many times but unfortunately this time was a bit disappointing. Room 230 - the sink was not draining properly and coffee cups were not properly washed and no replacement of glasses from the bar
