Overall, our stay was good. The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast was great. The only unpleasant part was the check-in experience. We were travelling with two small children and had requested early check-in several times before our arrival. Of course, I understand that early check-in depends on availability, but the day before our arrival we saw that rooms were still available, so the hotel did not seem fully booked. We arrived early using the hotel-arranged transfer, which was excellent - thank you for that. However, when we asked about early check-in, the receptionist, Mila, was not very welcoming and said in a rather sharp tone that our room would only be ready close to 3 p.m., then immediately returned to her computer. She didn’t even offer to store our luggage or provide any alternatives. Fortunately, another employee, Nazar, assisted us later. He checked us in and was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to him, the overall stay was much better. 🙂

Can’t wait to eat the breakfast again as it had an immaculate variety! Very accessible and convenient as it was only a 5min walk to the tram station while also having a ton of food options nearby, perfect for late night snacks. Additionally there was a local Christmas market nearby which elevated the atmosphere. The staff was really nice too. Overall great stay for a good price!
