Stay was good, very friendly service, good breakfast. Gym equipment was limited a bit, would be good to add a cable machine and/or good dumbbells. And if some inflatable rings for kids at the swimming pool would be available, that would be perfect for a family stay.

To have Eiffel Tower view from room, is the most cherished dream of every tourist to Paris. However room rates of such properties are mind boggling. Over email it was confirmed by Novotel Eiffel team that they don’t have Eiffel viewing rooms. However I still opted for it because of its central location, proximity to Eiffel ( little above a km, one can walk or take uber) & recommendation from my 2 friends who had stayed with their family here in the past. I had requested for room on the higher floor & when I checked in ( they were generous to give complimentary early check in) I got room no 2809. When I opened the curtain Eiffel was right in front of my eyes along with Siene River. Room was big enough & equipped with all the facilities including table, desk, sitting stool, white goods etc. Breakfast was good. Only limitation I found that there was only 1 veg option ie FALAFEL and same was getting repeated everyday. Being a long stay guest, I requested for alternative & restaurant manager was nice to arrange alternatives for me on 2 days. Day today mall like Monoprix is around 150 mtrs. It helped me in getting new suitcase quickly as my suitcase got damaged during transition. Uniqlo & other stores, Indian restaurant are also close by. Though in Paris, tap water is drinkable, they have filtered water available including sparkling water. One is required to come to restaurant floor to fill them. While I was de- boarding from my cab, staff from luggage section saw me struggling with my bags. He was quick to help me with my bags till my room. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle or taxi service. However again luggage staff helped me with fixed price taxi ( 65 euro) to CDG & dropped me till taxi with my luggage. I would highly recommend this to my family & friends. Hotel can be reached at H3… for any specific requirements say accessible room etc.

I was very pleased with the receptionist. Her friendliness and professional demeanor during check-in were exceptional. She was calm, warm, and genuinely welcoming—exactly what a traveler appreciates after a long journey. It was one of the most pleasant check-in experiences I have had. She mentioned that she had lived in the United States, which may explain her excellent customer service approach. Thank you very much for everything. Lukas

We arrived early in the morning and only expected to leave our luggage at the reception, but we were pleasantly surprised that our room was already ready and we could leave our belongings there. We stayed in room 206, and throughout all four days there was a very strong sewage smell in the room, so we had to keep the window open and ventilate constantly. We also could not control the room heating, and it was very hot. We were disappointed by the very limited selection of vegetarian options at breakfast. Even the egg spread labeled as ‘vegetarian’ contained grated ham. The hot dishes were exactly the same every day. The TV in the room advertised that the hotel offers daily lunch for a fixed price, but when we went to the restaurant, the waitress said they only had the regular menu and knew nothing about any daily lunch offer.
