The hotel manages well. The stuff are well trained. There is a flaw in the design of the bathroom. The shower screen panel is too short so the water kept splash out to the floor. It might create a problem after long-term of use.

Great breakfast and nice to have gym and swimming pool. Overall good but only thing is that rooms too hot and unable to turn off heating and unable to open window. Another thing is that I was charged twice for my stay and have emailed hotel to refund one of the charges 5500CZK but nobody is responding since Monday.

This hotel is placed in the new part of the city.Short way to the old part,infrastructure is excellent.Nice swimming pool,gym,sauna.The rooftop have fantastic view and you can to sit there and enjoy relaxing atmosphere.The staff is always friendly.The hotel is fresh,newly redecorated and redesigned.
