Hotel is in a good location and well connected by Trams, buses, metro etc. plenty of good eating options and supermarkets nearby. Was dosa with hotel housekeeping, everyday we can back at the end of the day we found room wasn’t cleaned properly. We let slide on first couple of days but on 3rd day when didn’t clean the spoons and cups and hadn’t vacuumed the room for 3 days I had to call the front desk. They did send someone to clean up however it was a disappointment for me.

Hotel was ok Sofa bed was too hard even for the kids Staff reacted horribly wrong after my daughter has been sick, refusing to clean our WC and telling us we have to do it ourselves!!! At least the client's liaison woman did handle it better the day after!
