We were guests in your hotel for 5 nights, room number 620 from 5 th to 10th of January. I tried 3 times to speak with the manager,but he was not vailable.  We needed 2 more attempts by Email until we got a response I am a longtime guest of ACCOR ALL company with a Platinum membership and a VOYAGER Card.  Our room was ok, but not upgrade.  At our arrival the young man at the front desk didn't speak much, but said,it's an upgrade room. Bathrobes and slippers we missed and were delivered later. My VOYAGER card offers some extra services for guests, which were not offered Again we were advised that there is no upgrade room available. We didn't see many guests in the hotel...so we don't believe that. The management just didn't want to give us an upgrade. In general we could not recognise any knowledge of the management about the All ACCOR membership program. In general it was not that,what we are used to get by a warm and friendly Accor welcome service. It was a 5 days disappointing guest service,especially for a PLATINUM/VOYAGER guest membership. Only Miss Mila from the front desk was a friendly person.

My stay was perfect, the room quite big and after renovation, beyond my expectations. Bathroom and room very clean. Beautiful view of Prague from the terrace on the 6th floor Very nice and helpful staff. The location are perfect, walking distance to center . Everything was great.

We had a clean and spacious room for the 3 days. We liked the kids area with games consol. Food was lovely and there was a good selection of gluten free options. The only issue was the staff could be a little rude. We had a few staff member role their eyes at us. But to be honest we just found it funny. All in all, we had a great time and lovely stay.

This was a lovely hotel in a really good location. All of the staff were really nice and friendly. It was clean and spacious and breakfast was really nice too. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't use any of the facilities but liked what we had seen. We were in a family room with 2 adults and 2 children and we all had a great time. My only 2 small negatives would be: - the room was really hot, so we had to have the window open when in the room. - The lady making the omelette at breakfast would ask what you wanted and would then tell you to go away (politely) and then come back after 10 minutes to collect your cooked omelette. I returned and was given an omelette, but in my first mouthful I could taste cheese (which i can't eat) so I couldn't have anymore. This could have been worse if it was an allergy. All in all, we would (and have) recommend this hotel
