First of all, please accept my sincere apologies that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially in comparison with your previous experiences with Novotel. I am truly sorry to read about the inconvenience regarding the housekeeping service. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will personally follow up with our team to understand what may have happened in your case, as your request should have been respected. Regarding your experience in the restaurant, I would like to sincerely apologize for the long waiting time and the quality of the food. On that particular evening, the restaurant was under significant pressure due to an unusually high number of guests, partly influenced by a football event. However, this is not an excuse, and we fully acknowledge that the service should have been better organized to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. I am also very sorry to hear that our team did not meet the level of hospitality you expected.
