We visit Novotel hotel on december. First the crew in hotel was very helpfull and kind, there was nothing they can't do for guest, everything I asked was done and explain. Registration was very fast. Room was clean, but one minus, it was old room ( need to refresh ), it was on 4 floor. Thank all crew for kind and help.

Overall good but shower not quite straight and no chest of drawers. Could not get room cool. Everything else was very good

Well located near the city and the metro. Lovely room good service, breakfast was amazing lots of options and swimming pool was lukewarm.
