We arrived early in the morning and only expected to leave our luggage at the reception, but we were pleasantly surprised that our room was already ready and we could leave our belongings there. We stayed in room 206, and throughout all four days there was a very strong sewage smell in the room, so we had to keep the window open and ventilate constantly. We also could not control the room heating, and it was very hot. We were disappointed by the very limited selection of vegetarian options at breakfast. Even the egg spread labeled as ‘vegetarian’ contained grated ham. The hot dishes were exactly the same every day. The TV in the room advertised that the hotel offers daily lunch for a fixed price, but when we went to the restaurant, the waitress said they only had the regular menu and knew nothing about any daily lunch offer.

I arrived early and tired. Mrs Mila at the reception has made everything possible to checked me in as soon as possible. I am really grateful for showing such a true hospitality. After my last visit in Accor Sofitel hotel in Warsaw I wanted to stopped favouring Accor hotel (stay in Warsaw was very unpleasant) but Novotel Prague persuaded me to change my mind

Had to pay for breakfasts for my 2 kids as the recept recognised the online travel agent input age and not the real passport age. When it comes to number of pax staying, the recept counted the real physical pax numbers. Double standards.

The Novotel was lovely and a 5-30 min walk from everything we wanted to do. The room was a good size. The common areas were very warm. Breakfast omlette bar was a nice bonus. Only negative is that the bar doesnt serve hot chocolate which we had hoped to have before turning in for the night after being out exploring in the cold.
