The hotel is pretty well located if you're looking to be slightly out the very touristic center while still being accessible on foot (think ~20mn walk to the old town center). Confortable rooms, and the gym/sauna area are really nice.

Hi stayed at the hotel for a week and the staff is very very casual about everything. They don't transfer calls to the room and they don't bother when you tell them. I was not answering my mobile phone for 2 hours as somehow it went into silent and my family called the reception 20 times but not once did they transfer or came to check. Another instance was i asked for a bath robe and it was about 20 mins i waited for it then called the reception because the housekeeping never answers phone. When i called 2nd time the person at the reception just rudely told me it will take half an hr to send the robe by then the spa would be shut so i asked to hurry and he was so not bothered and said i really cant do anything about it. I went to the spa any way and when i was taking a shower someone came to my room and kept the stuff this was total invasion of privacy. The staff should not have entered my room!! Very very bad customer care!
