I was so pleasantly surprised with the Mercure, our first stay here and won't be our last. It is on the best beach in all of Sanur, the pools are lovely and beachfront, plenty of loungers on the beach, staff are very friendly and it's close to all the restaurants along the beachfront. We stayed in the Executive room, beds were very comfortable, large bathroom with toiletries. We normally stay at the Hyatt and Tandjung Sari but we will definitely be back to stay at the Mercure again.

We had our wedding on the beach at the Mercure Sanur. Everything organised by Novi at the hotel. All our friends and family stayed at the hotel as well. What amazing staff and we had the best day for our wedding. Everyone enjoyed staying at the hotel and Novi made the day and stay so special from start to finish. Novi is a real credit to.the hotel and did such an amazing job planning our wedding, we cannot say enough about her. Please do yourself a favour and check out the wedding services or stay at the hotel. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to Novi and Dayu and all the amazing staff for making our stay and our guests stay such a special one. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel. We will definitely be regulars at this hotel.. We have stayed at many hotels in Bali and this is our favourite by far. Thank you Novi, you are a treasure !

Room was large had a great air-conditioning the bed fantastic we had great sleep. The room attendants Miki and Ngurah were just great nothing was to much trouble & the room cleaned superbly each day they both deserve the accolade The only negative we have was when we wanted to hire a push bike we found the bikes dirty and not serviced seats torn and in one instance with a screw sticking through the seat.- we found very good bikes about 50 mtrs away on beach front for a bit less Apart from that small blemish our stay at Mercure was fantastic and very relaxing.

Nice hotell, but the toilet in the room is not working right. I have complaned 5 times, but nothing happen. The personal is ignoring my request, So that is bad service😥we have paid a lot for thise holliday. So we should have an wc in the room......................
