I stayed at one of the chain's hotels for about 45 days; during the third week, the room developed a leak at the toilet connection that left the bathroom floor very wet, requiring the bath mat to be changed daily.

The staff treated me horribly because I did not speak Portuguese. I travel for a living and have never experienced this kind of hostility. I will never go back!

Good enough! Now with a small gym! Everything was fine, breakfast, dinner, but it's an old fashion room. A renovation would be interesting to make it more comfortable.

The check-in took over 35 minutes, as there were more guests than just two receptionists could handle. After I waited that long for the check-in, I got to my room to discover it was not properly cleaned and full of hair, on the floor, the bed, in the fridge and the bathroom.

During the all period that I was in the hotel, the shampoo and the bar of soap never was replaced.

The accommodations are standard Ibis. But the service at the reception in Betim is terrible; issuing and sending invoices always requires direct conversation with the manager because the reception staff are not capable of doing it correctly.

Quarto muito bom. Porém fica ruim não ter bebidas no frigobar e como senti sede no meio da noite eu ter que descer para pegar água. Já que eles também não levam. Mas fora isso é bom.
