A really lovely hotel with a fantastic pool and wonderful staff. The only small downside was that it was a little too cold, both in the hotel and in our room. But that is honestly the only negative thing we have to say. We had a great stay!

This was my second stay at this hotel since 2024.
This hotel is reasonably priced for all the amenities you get. It’s a little further away from the main city but has a tram station next to it with beautiful natural views. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and service was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it 10 out of 10 because I found one house keeping staff a bit rude and that I was constantly being chased to make full payment for my stay through out my stay. I had a technical issue with my payment card and had to wait 3 working days for the bank to resolve the issue therefore I paid for one night at check in. Though the reception staff were understanding, I think management didn’t trust me and replied to my email by saying I was required to make full payment as soon as the bank resolved the problem. I found that degrading and it displayed lack of trust on a guest who was on repeated stay at the hotel. The other thing that was disappointing was that I was not made aware prior to my visit that as of 1st of July Stuttgart introduced a city tax. I made my booking in June before the tax was introduced, it would have been beneficial for the hotel to inform me that this charge will be added to my bill. When people travel they need to know about extra charges since it impacts their financial situation and can in some cases cause people to cut costs throughout the trip!

I stayed at the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana hotel for a few weeks and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious and provided a healthy variety. The swimming pool and spa were super relaxing. The Finnish Sauna was my favorite. The staff were especially nice and accommodating.
The only thing I would change about my stay is the amenities in my room's kitchenette. The refrigerator provided is a minibar/wine cooler so it's not meant to get cold enough to keep food fresh. For longer stays, it would be very useful to have a real refrigerator in the room as my food kept going bad due to insufficient cooling temperatures.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good food. I like the need to use your room card to use the lifts as this stops anyone just coming in and walking around. However, as a business traveller who stayed for 9 nights, the WiFi was very poor/weak and kept dropping out.

Dated hotel that needs renovating: amenities like the swimming pool all broken (water temperature is kept cold to save money and deter guests from lingering), parking garage without any charger for electric cars, elevators out of service every other day. The strangest and worst thing is that at check in, the staff will ask for your credit card and write down the full number by hand in their file. When told that this is illegal, they acknowlegded but said it was their procedure. Which ACCOR hotel requires the staff to copy credit card details by hand, against the European law? This establishment needs an urgent review as it doesn't deserve the 4-star nor the Pullman brand.

air conditioning was not working perfectly in a hot summer period.
breakfast was below the expectation as i’ve tried pullman in other countries it can not be compared with them.

We arrived very tired after an intercontinental flight - and were really nicely welcomed and supported even though we had arrived quite a bit early.

Admittedly it was a hot day, nonetheless the A/C was unable to cool the room. Opening the window had more effect than both the A/Cs. Unacceptable for the room price. Welcome card had a wrong name. Parking spaces are horribly small for the price. Bed was comfy, room

First, the staff was lovely and it’s clearly not their fault the hotel falsely advertises air conditioning. We specifically chose this hotel during the heat wave because AC was advertised. Unfortunately, it was sweltering throughout the entire hotel. Though they said a technician had been called, in reading other reviews (from a week ago to three years ago) this is such as persistent issue that it seems more likely that the air conditioning hasn’t worked in a very long time. I’m sure this is a nice hotel in the winter, but was miserable in the summer.
