I had to ask for the invoice as it was not sent to my email as agreed

Great location and asset, rooms are comfortable and clean. I have stayed there several times due to the location, despite that the service in the reception is every time off somehow, employees are too "busy" to give you a nod of acknowledgment, even if they are just chatting to each other with no other guests in sight. Or sitting, while you are standing for (in my opinion more lengthly than elsewhere) check in process. I am staying in hotels 70 nights + per year and you just pick up quickly when you are handled as a nuisance vs greeted as a welcomed guest. If the management could fix the service issue in the reception, it would be great place to stay.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Eren and Mr. Gabrielle for the wonderful hospitality during our stay. They truly made us feel warmly welcomed and at home. From the beginning of our Europe trip in Paris all the way to Germany, this hotel has honestly been one of the biggest and most pleasant surprises. From the room assignment to the overall service experience, everything was handled beautifully and we were extremely satisfied. Thank you once again for creating such a memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Pullman. The rooms are modern, and the service is great, especially the bar team, who are wonderful. The gym and spa are nice places to relax after a long day. There are two minor points, though. The rooms are a bit too warm, and there is no real AC. You can open the windows, but the whole hotel could be a bit cooler. Also, there are still some issues with the elevators not working properly.

Please note that the air conditioning system is currently switched off due to the still cooler night temperatures. For environmental reasons, we operate either the heating or the cooling system depending on the season. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day and can gladly provide a fan upon request for additional comfort. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator issues. Excellent stay overall! The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a minor issue with the elevators, but it was a technical problem and didn’t affact our experience.
