Unluckily not the best experience in a hotel of this categorie I had in the last few years or even in Duisburg itself. First...the breakfast. The sortiment was OK, but the bread was really dry and some of the cheese looked like at least two days in the buffet. Therefore was an abundance of broken and chiped glasses at the edges, which was taken away most unwillingly. Second...maybe it was a mistake, maybe Not...but they didn't want to give out the bill...after I've got it (the day after I have paid it), i knew why....actually it was completly wrong. The young men, who unfortunately had to take the reclamation, was really nice and tried his best. Whereas the others of the service mostly were not. Positive to say is the location really near to the City and the size and the facilities of the rooms (although they could have been without some Hair in the bathroom and packaging material from another user, but that was OK). In the future I will go to another Hotel in Duisburg, I've already visited. Alternative: i would Go into the near city for a better breakfast

We booked through the Accor website, and asked first via the chat feature about connecting rooms, with the answer that there were connecting rooms available, but after checking in we didn't get it, and had to be separated from the children and what was really surprising was that we found dirty underwear next to the sofa bed. When checking out we didn't have time to complain because we had to leave quickly.

I’ve just returned from the Swiss Alp and went straight to Duisburg . I didn’t feel exhausted at all, on the contrary , upon checked I felt at ease. Feeling comfortable, I slept like a Log.
