The reception at Mercure is Superb - In principle all your staff from top to bottom are very intelligent, cordial - This is the reason, I always prefer to stay alongwith my son who is regularly staying at Mercure Duisburg. The only problem is there is only one lift - If possible, please make one additional lift for the maids who are regularly going up and down with the towels.
