Unacceptable Cleanliness and Lack of Basic Housekeeping

I have always stayed at AllAccor hotels with no issues but I regret to say that my recent stay was below the standard one would reasonably expect. Upon arrival, it was evident that the room had not been adequately serviced as most notably, the toilet had been left unflushed and contained urine, which raised immediate and serious concerns regarding hygiene and attention to detail. Additionally, during check-in, we were given an option by reception that daily housekeeping would be provided. However, upon returning to the room the next day, it had not been cleaned. There were no fresh towels, no replenishment of toilet paper, and no evidence of any housekeeping service having taken place. As a result, we were obliged to return to reception to request these basic necessities, which was both inconvenient and disappointing given the prior assurance. Overall, this experience suggests a lack of consistency in both cleanliness standards and service delivery. Greater attention to fundamental housekeeping practices and clearer internal communication would significantly improve the guest experience.

Since year 2000, I have been staying in ALL Accor hotels. . During all those years until recently, not a single ALL Accor /hotel staff was able to fix the issues with my Membership Account /Reward & Status Points. Because of this, for over decades I remain as a CLASSIC member instead of otherwise. However, during my recent stays at MERCURE , a fairy Fee has shown up. Once I told her of my ongoing issues , she is not only able to fix all those nagging problems , she has also managed to clean up all the bugs existing in my account. And finally , THANKS GOODNESS 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️now my ALL Accor account looks refreshing and uptodate. I’m still wondering why it takes ages to fix it? Where is all those ALL ACCOR IT Wizards ??

When checking in we were not informed about the smell and difficulties with the sewage system. I was promised a receipt when checking out, didn't get it. First comment was that I already should have received it when I asked... At breakfast I was confronted the second day that i hadn't paid for breakfast which was a mistake from the hotel.
