Stay was generally comfortable - large room, good breakfast, generally understanding staff What I found missing - room was not carpeted making it cold in the wintry weather, no electric kettle, no slippers for walking around the room

The two rooms I booked were lovely the two single duvets were a revelation , who knew they’d be so good! The showers were clean and looked like they’d just been updated although I do like a bath. Breakfast was substantial the toaster was useless though and you should have croissants every day! We only wen5 to the bar once and was great the staff in the hotel were very friendly and the robot at breakfast made us laugh when it couldn’t get through. HOWEVER I only gave you 7 because the strip light flashed in the early hours two morn8ngs and woke me up which was really irritating and I’d informed reception the first morning and then the next morning I reported it again and showed them both videos they asked If we wanted to move rooms but we just requested they disconnect it which they eventually did. So two nights out of the four we stayed I didn’t get much sleep after the lights woke me up😩

Hotel was decent but rooms are a somewhat outdated. Room was clean, but the bathroom had some mold in the shower. Breakfast was good.

Comfy room and nice staff. In-room coffee maker, mini fridge and safe; clean and well-furnished. Somewhat difficult to find if you don’t know your way around
