Since my arrival until my departure, I have been really enjoying the attentive service of the front office staffs . Despite a full house, I didn’t hear any noises coming from outside or maybe because I returned to my room after midnight? With the quiet surrounding and the best quality bed, I’d slept peacefully and woke up feeling contented and energetic. Just like feeling at home at last.

After checking in at exactly 15:00 we got the room keys. When we arrived at our room (with luggage and two children) the room was not ready. We decided to put our bags in the room and give staff the chance to clean the room while we got some food, though not ideal it was not a major issue for us. I booked and prepaid the room online ahead of our stay. This gave us a discount. However on checking in I see that my credit card has been charged €199. The desk staff could not inform me why, they also found it weird since we prepaid already. Now, after more than a week after our stay this charge has still not been reverted.

Hi there, Thank you for everything! The sauna and the pool are wonderful and inspire you to come again. ...Wishing all the best, a couple of comments if you allow: 1. The sound quality of the TV (room 113) could be better, but the picture is good. 2. There are no Christian TV channels (on Christmas Eve!), but there are more than two Muslim ones. 3. The hotel is in a central location that is near the mall and the train station. I was able to get my Starbucks coffee before traveling for my business each day.
