I have always to remind and ask the staffs for the fruit basket and waters, towels in the room. It was promised to be delivered but nothing happened.

I had requested a room with foam bedding however the pillows & quilt were feather in the room. some reception staff and in the restaurant had limited english language skill. when I called the hotel 3 times before arrival to inform of my late arrival, when I spoke english I got transfered to an automatic answering machine and I was not able to speak to anyone.
