Nice hotel with friendly atmosphere and staff. Rooms are tidy with essentials included, bed matrass had excellent back support. Breakfast was diverse and of good quality.

Dear Madam Sven Schultz I am writing regarding my very disappointing stay at Mercure Düsseldorf Ratingen in November 2025, as a GOLD member of ALL Accor Live Limitless. I paid €299 per night for a room that was far too small for 3 guests, preventing us from moving freely. The worst issue was a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom, making it impossible to sleep properly. I requested a room change, but the reception offered no solution at all, which is unacceptable given my ALL status and the high room rate. Due to the discomfort, I had no choice but to leave the hotel earlier than planned and move to another property (Ibis Budget, €99 per night), where the room was significantly more comfortable despite being a lower category. This situation is clearly inconsistent with the quality standards expected from the Mercure brand and the Accor Group. I therefore request appropriate compensation, either through: a partial refund, or a credit of ALL points reflecting the inconvenience caused. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to higher Accor services and publish a detailed review of my experience. I remain available for any further information.
