The hotel is well-maintained and overall a good place to stay. Some downsides: I had booked a Privilege room with two separate rooms (as indicated in the All.com app). Upon arrival, it turned out to be a queen-size bed. I asked if I could switch rooms, but that wasn’t possible. Additionally, there was only a single duvet provided. We had to ask several times to get one extra. Moreover, there was no extra pillow in the bag for extra pillows.

Overcharged & poor service at bar

Not a great hotel, check-in overcharged for an extra breakfast, requested a refund which was done but still not arrived on my credit card statement. Went for a drink in the bar, waited 15mins, all staff chatting at reception. Retired to McDonald across the road. The hotel photos give a better impression than reality. Bosses in an industrial estate, it has limited options when facilities at hotel are limited or closed. Avoid!

Not being told before hand that the restaurant was closed because of a coach party, and being advised there was an outside restaurant close, which is always closed on a Saturday, the couldn’t care less attitude of the reception staff. Bar staff ok, breakfast ok, room ok
