This was our second stay and it's a perfect location for us. Quiet, friendly and helpful staff. My only minor complaint is that the rooms are very warm. This year we got a fan from the staff and that helped a lot, but would be nice to have had one there when we arrived. Otherwise too warm to sleep.

Breakfast, staff and location were all perfectly fine, the cleanliness and facilities were a little aging. The room was perfectly sufficient, but I think there must have been a drainage or sewage issue as the room didn't smell nice (particularly the bathroom). I asked for soap to be topped up and it wasn't - I think perhaps if they're using a cleaning contractor - there's definitely some improvements to be made there!
