Dear Oliver, thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately, you did not quite enjoy your stay at our hotel as planned. We apologize for this. We always strive to offer the best customer service and to give the guest an experience. Unfortunately, we did not succeed in this and we would be very happy if you would give us a chance to stay with us next time. Regarding the heating system, we can either heat or cool, as everything runs through a single system. During transitional periods like this one, some may find it too warm, while others may feel too cold. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
