A quiet hotel for a short stay

A good hotel for short business trips. Bus X19 is very convenient (Bus stop 100m from hotel) for transfers between Frankfurt Hotel. The self-served breakfast is also good value and rich. Note that it is renovated recently with an "airport" and "flight" concept.

Close to our points of interest. WIfi works well. Restaurant menu is good. Renovation is well done overall - with pleasant bar/restaurant area. Rooms have been renovated too - which is positive. My main comment is that the airport theme is way overdone - the runway rugs in the hallways is just too much.

Appreciate the new look of the groundfloor , reception , bar etc.. room was renewed as well but I did not find any bottle of water , internet connection was not always stable ... for the rest , it was ok

I was very pleased about the new style after its great rework of the hotel. The reception desk, the breakfast room, the bar and the rooms all of it looks in a style of an aircraft and / or airport. The hotel people are beautiful dressed too. Everything is new and clean. Congratulation to it.

Close to the highway, the room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The Internet is quite fast and breakfast is solid. There was enough of everything and a lot to choose from. Parking house directly below the hotel, large and lighted. Thanks also for the toothbrushes and toothpaste so we didn’t have to load all the suitcases from the car.

In the past, a kettle was available in the room, but not anymore. Well located

Under Construction which I was not aware of and no room cleaning or new towels

The room was just OK….the fact that no one e=mentioned that the hotel was under-construction would have changed my mind about staying there. Also the fact that the room was not cleaned,or hat clean towels were not exchanged was a disappointment,

Hotel does not match the standard I was used to with this chain

We booked a Privilege room with a king size bed for one night, except the size of the room, nothing really matched the description. The bed was a double, room (especially the floors) was dirty and should have been at least vacuumed. There was a single set of towels for 2 adults and a child. The A/C was not working, it was just blowing warm humid air into the room. The whole hotel was heavily reconstructed, on each floor there were cables hanging from the ceiling, there was no lobby only a tiny bar which was used as reception. Constructions are not bad, but since I booked through Mercure/Accor directly it would have been nice to be informed of this early. We did not buy to have breakfast at the hotel, we were asked if we want breakfast in the morning and pay for it, after we saw that there was only a very limited and cold selection which did not rectify the price, we refused. Later when breakfast time was almost over we were asked to have breakfast for free, first they tried to charge us and then offer it for free because nobody wants it?! This hotel seems to have stopped caring, since it is an airport/convention hotel I guess they don't have to anymore to get customers.

Really well-run hotel, in great shape compared to other Mercures in the area and well located close to the main north-south highway...and very helpful staff. One word of warning, there are only three ground level parking places and whilst there is plenty of underground parking, the height limit os 1.90m and so anyone with a top box is going to struggle (and an SUV with top box hasn't a hope!)

Modern style hotel but at a too high price

The hotel is located in the middle of Neu-Isenburg (close to Frankfurt city). It is a modern style hotel with very friendly and helpful personal. For a four star hotel, rooms are - in my personal opinion - a bit too minimial in equimpent. Howeer, sleeping comfort is quite fine, but I'm accustomed to something different in the four star class of Accor Hotels.Concerning this, the price seems to be too high to me. Something around 100 EUR per night (excluding breakfest) would be okay, but not 159,- EUR

Very polite, helpful staff. My online check in hadn't worked for some reason but I knew that before I arrived and still I was checked in next to no time. Room pleasant with all the trimmings. There is a very nice pleasant bar in the hotel with a friendly barman who took care of both my and my dog's thirst. I didn't get to try the restaurant as it was very full and noisy. (Hotel informed me that two coach loads of guests had arrived and were taking advantage of the restaurant). It wasn't a problem though as there are many restaurants and a shopping center within a few steps of the hotel. The only issue I had was with the Wifi (or WLAN). I only had about 29% to 39% reception most of the time which isn't good. Hotel needs to look at that. When I told reception (at checkout), I was informed some floors have a better reception than others and that on my next stay they would book me on another floor. Would I stay again?? Yes I would, great staff and I felt welcome.

A little disappointing

I stayed here for 2 nights while working in Frankfurt. A few problems, booked a room with a double bed, when I got there it had two single beds and the man on the desk said he could not change it, see the desk people in the morning, they changed it, The hotel was far to hot and I couldn't turn the room temperature down so had to have the window wide open all night. They have funky headboards with odd nobs sticking out into the pillow area, this made it uncomfortable to sleep with your head any where near the pillow. It was clean and the staff polite, Lots of German TV channels, no English speaking ones If i were going to Frankfurt, I may choose another hotel rather than this one, but wouldn't be upset if I stayed here again.

I sincerely apologize for the problems that unfortunately caused inconveniences for you. It sure looks like there were some major flaws within our reservations department including the check-in/ procedures. Sorry to also learn that our air condition was less than satisfactory. I appreciate your honest critique which will be the basis for discussions within our local team - and a careful evaluation of the root of these problems. Rest assured that we will take necessary measures so that an experience like yours will continue to be the rare exception. Nothing fancy, but reasonable value for the money. Comfortable, clean room. Indoor parking under the hotel for a price, although I don't remember how much. Good shower. Sufficient electrical outlets. All in all, perfectly good.
