I've taken over a hotel room from my colleague on short notice as he had an emergency at home. paperwork worked without issues, I got a spot for parking in the underground parking, the room was clean and nice and the breakfast was also quite enjoyable.

Arrived lateish, just after 11pm directly from the airport. The hotel doors were looked and there was a sign to call a number. I called several times and ended up with a voice mail in German only. Ended up having to bang on the door to alert one of the guests in the bar who could let me in. Finally the night staff arrived and they had a lot of difficulties logging in, had no info that I booked with breakfast. The whole check in took well over 30 minutes. I have never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel. Rooms were ok but very warm. Comfy bed. Bathroom ok but with very think towels. Breakfast was ok but nothing special at all. I will never stay here again
