Close to the highway, the room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The Internet is quite fast and breakfast is solid. There was enough of everything and a lot to choose from. Parking house directly below the hotel, large and lighted. Thanks also for the toothbrushes and toothpaste so we didn’t have to load all the suitcases from the car.

In the past, a kettle was available in the room, but not anymore. Well located

Under Construction which I was not aware of and no room cleaning or new towels

The room was just OK….the fact that no one e=mentioned that the hotel was under-construction would have changed my mind about staying there. Also the fact that the room was not cleaned,or hat clean towels were not exchanged was a disappointment,

The renovation had a small delay, but will be finished next week finally. Hotel does not match the standard I was used to with this chain

We booked a Privilege room with a king size bed for one night, except the size of the room, nothing really matched the description. The bed was a double, room (especially the floors) was dirty and should have been at least vacuumed. There was a single set of towels for 2 adults and a child. The A/C was not working, it was just blowing warm humid air into the room. The whole hotel was heavily reconstructed, on each floor there were cables hanging from the ceiling, there was no lobby only a tiny bar which was used as reception. Constructions are not bad, but since I booked through Mercure/Accor directly it would have been nice to be informed of this early. We did not buy to have breakfast at the hotel, we were asked if we want breakfast in the morning and pay for it, after we saw that there was only a very limited and cold selection which did not rectify the price, we refused. Later when breakfast time was almost over we were asked to have breakfast for free, first they tried to charge us and then offer it for free because nobody wants it?! This hotel seems to have stopped caring, since it is an airport/convention hotel I guess they don't have to anymore to get customers.

Good Despite Covid

We arrived from Austria early evening and were greeted warmly at reception who explained constraints because of Covid. It would have been better to have been warned about the lack of amenities prior to visit, no dinner facilities and no upgrade because of air con work. The rooms, indeed the whole building, was incredibly warm but we were given fans to help. The experience was rescued by the young man on reception who did all he could to make our stay a good one

No airport shuttle

Hello how is it possible to be named mercure hôtel Francfort airport and to provide no shuttle service to and from thé airport ?

The service desk was very friendly when I came to the hotel. Quick service at the counter, definitely two highlights. The room overall was ok but the bed clearly too soft and the remote control from the TV did not work properly. I liked the idea of no room service for one day on a voluntary basis, which I used.

The beds are terrible. Like children’s beds. The pillows are pointless, way too soft. No controllable aircon is also a major disappointment. Staff friendly and competent. Breakfast is average.

Check-in quick and smooth. Room okay and clean. All expected facilities available. Beds good and comfy. WiFi at times quite slow though. Breakfast very good. Check out very fast and flawless.

Really well-run hotel, in great shape compared to other Mercures in the area and well located close to the main north-south highway...and very helpful staff. One word of warning, there are only three ground level parking places and whilst there is plenty of underground parking, the height limit os 1.90m and so anyone with a top box is going to struggle (and an SUV with top box hasn't a hope!)

Beautiful hotel with great interior. The personell was very friendly and helpful. The close proximity to the Neu-Isenburg Zentrum is also a plus. Additionally, you can find a lot of good restaurants in the area.
