We are pleased to offer you our convenient Airport Shuttle Service. It will take you from the airport to the hotel and back. The shuttle is available daily from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm upon request and subject to availability. To use the shuttle service, we ask you to reserve your ride at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival at the hotel. For the use of our shuttle service we charge you only 5 Euro per person and ride.

The room was very noisy, the staff was rude and couldn't even speak english and in the restaurant, the food was okay but the service was a total mess

For many years, I have done training in a variety of hotels and venues, and very seldom have I experienced the level of high-quality service as I have this week at the Mercure. As a trainer, I need someone to look after the logistics, refreshment, timings etc This week I experienced amazing service and support from the team but especially from ADRIANO - he was amazing in every which way. HE checked in with me at the start of the day to confirm details for the day, made sure I had coffee etc and throughout the day made sure everything was going according to plan Then when it came to morning and afternoon breaks + lunch, everything was always on time and of a high quality ADRIANO is a credit to the team - well done - be proud

This is my fourth stay here in the past year and I will always pick this place if I need to. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice old but renovated rooms with lot's of marble and wood which i like, a very nice restaurant and a big enough garage. The breakfast buffet is also quite accomodating for different guests and the staff in the restaurant are also very friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are always clean, comfy beds, and good amenities. Thank you.
