I have booked the Accor family offer. We travel with 2 adults and two teenagers (16/15 yo). I could book special offer 2 rooms, 1 pet and received a special breakfast rate pay 2 and kids are free of charge. Unfortunately the hotel did not receive details of this proposal, only the 2 rooms. All the additional costs I had to rearrange and they would not accept the breakfast offer. So we have left 6.30 without breakfast having not a manager yo decide about the assumed discount in the house yet. Additional at the check-in there were drunk people in the lounge next to the reception desk. They started to bully me about my length in front of my family. The hotel representatives did not respond to this 2 things go wrong here: No responsible or experienced representatives in the hotel. The hotel does not get the correct information from Accor All app. Please fix this to avoid any discussion and bad experiences.

We were there for a quick night before taking our flight in the morning of the first day of the new year. My group and I were looking forward to the spa amenities (steam, sauna, and lounging experience) before the next day's long journey but sadly, they were under renovation. For a property that proudly describes itself as an airport hotel, the €10/passenger roundtrip transfer to the terminal is a painful reminder that midscale and upper brands are not necessarily better. To add insult on top of injury, the driver won't drop us off at terminal 2. We had to find our way to the bus stop and waste 30 mins to get to the other terminal.

1. Good bed 2. Rooms are tired they've attempted to kind of upgrade but it's still clear it needs work 3. Breakfast needs fresh fruit and fresh juice (not the concentrated juices) 4. Bar area is very nice and the beer selection is wide

Great place to stay near the airport with a shuttle for 5 Euro per person

We only stayed one night, but we thought the service and the room were outstanding - we would definitely stay here again. Super quiet, we didn't heard a sound all night. Our prearranged shuttle driver showed up early to pick us up, and the shuttle was ready to go back to the airport at 6am as promised.
