Too hot, no pillow and towel

We (me and my wife) had a night stay in the Offenbach Sud Hotel. We arrived quite late, had no reception opened. We checked in online. In the room we had only 1x pillow and 1x set of towels. Fortunately I had a pillow in my car and we shared the towel. We had to realise that no working Air Condition in the hotel. It was very hot over the night, we had no chance to sleep. The cleanliness was ok.

- Avoid staying at the hotel named ibis - It's actually a budget hotel owned by a family - Very dirty with a strong cigarette smell throughout - Bedding and floors are stained - Rooms are designated for smoking, making it unpleasant. I stayed there overnight and wished morning light and by daybreak l close to vomiting - the room was stinking cigarette - Not suitable for humans

The owner dosent guide well! Weird behaviour, after check out at 11am he did not allow me to even sit inside. He kept me sitting out in the coldest weather from 1pm till 5pm as I have a late flight. Disgusting behaviour. Pls do not stay here n let him learn to behave with his customer

You came back at 15:45.You get back your Luggage appx.16:30 .Its not possible that you sit in front of the Hotel for 4 hours For this reason, your comment unfortunately does not reflect the truth.
