Booked on 05/01/2025 for one night. Checked in around 19:40. Room was a real freezer when we get in. Waiting for more then two hours for the room to get warm but no success. Much more warmer on hallway. Tried to go to sleep as it was but no way. there was a led strip which could not be switched of then no way to sleep. Canceled the booking, sent email to the hotel but ... no answer. Hope some one will get back to us. From now no more Ibis... or any Accor Hotels

I have traveled a lot around the world and I have stayed often also in Accor hotels ranging from basic ibis budget to high class raffles in SG or your Sofitel in Bali. I knew what to expect when booking an ibis budget but the level of dirt which I found in my room was above everything I experienced so far. Even in the shower I found an old used handsoap, covered with hairs from the previous “tenant”. As mentioned, this was a disgusting stay and I was happy when I fell asleep and was able to leave quickly in the morning to take a shower elsewhere.
