Comfortable beds and well located. Friendly staff. Window was slightly open for first night and very noisy from street below even on 6th floor. Odd that a Superior room had no fridge nor bath. Not sure about breakfast as did not have it.

Conveniently located in the center of Aachen. The contact prior to the stay, including the booking process, was below average, confusing and at times even frustrating. On site, the staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were small and a bit dated but clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the staff very friendly.

A very enjoyable stay. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and generously large but overheated. Fortunately we could switch the heating off and open a window. The windows should be triple glazed - traffic noise.
