generally good but with some reservations. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had enquired about a parking space, told there was no ability to reserve ( which in this day and age is a bit strange ) but when we arrived, there was no indication how to find the oarking garge and no convenient place to stop on the very busy road. Once we found the garge, it was easy to access and secure. The room was comfortable but we could get no TV channels. The kettle was erratic, sometimes on, sometimes off. Very limited supply of tea and coffee and no liquid milk alternatives. Very convenient for the cathedral and other attractions.

We have stayed in this hotel for several times when we came to Aachen. The hotel is located in the city center and could be easily accessed by public transport. As an Accor member, we were welcomed nicely by the front desk staff, named Gilleon. He was very helpful to fullfill our requests during our stay in Aachen. We have a comfortable stay and excellent services from all staff, therefore, we will come back again to this hotel when we visit Aachen next time.

Great location, everything close by very comfortable room and bed very friendly staff breakfast had more than everything needed and it all tasted wonderful BUT - in the night from saturday to sunday many yound people were standing close to the hotel and where shouting at each other. They went away, I fell asleep and shortly after they or others were back - so overall I didn´t slept to much

Nice and helpful staff at reception. Good breakfast, extra points for the orange juice. Always suspicious with machines. Room on the first floor facing the street noicy at times when loud people were passing by. Otherwise nice stay.

This hotel Is in a really convenient place for exploring Aachen the rooms are clean but a bit dated and shower needs attention The day shift staff are brilliant and helpful the but the man on lates isn’t very helpful I asked for an extra pillow and was told there all in the rooms

located in downtown is perfect to visit the city; however, the room (first floor to pedestrian street) was somewhat noisy by people talking in the street and service vehicle (road cleaning, litter collection)

Very inadequate light in room. Was given room on street and told that hotel was full. That was clearly a lie since tgere were only 8 people at breakfast. Street was rather noisy and so it would have been better to be on plaza at back of hotel. Also room was on 2nd floor and my profile says i like high floor. Bathroom and bed linens were excellent. Breakfast was good. Hotel seems well maintained.
