Beds not made on arrival, dirty bed linen.

At ibis budget, since the third bed is free, a kit is provided containing a duvet, pillows, towels, and sheets. It is therefore normal that the third bed was not made upon your arrival. We were not informed of the broken air conditioning, broken lift at all until we had to query it. No one to help at reception the entire time there. No facilities to call a taxi to the town.. which was very far away with poor bus connections. Small room etc to be expected but the poor facilities and broken elements meant it would be a place we would never stay again.

The room was clean. There was a self check-in very easy. The hotel is a 45 minutes walking from the centre but it is well connected with the bus just 1 minute away

Horrendous barely lasted an hour - asked for refund for the extra nights stay - told no one could help us and to drive back the next day. Really far away from main Granville, expensive for what was offered, no resturant or bar, must basic rooms and they weren’t even clean! Friends described it as hospital like.
