This hotel never disappoints. The newly decorated rooms are bright, modern and redesigned to give more space. The staff are always pleasant and always prepared to go the extra mile - this is why I have been staying here every year for twenty five years! The breakfast, with the addition of hot food now, offers a wide and tasty variety - I would say that at busy times there really needs to be two people overseeing food as at busy times there can be long waits for bread, scrambled eggs etc to be re-filled

I am sitting in a small manual wheelchair and had therefore booked a disabled room. There was plenty of space in the room and bathroom One thing ! The soap dispenser was placed so high up on the wall that my arms should have had to be 2 meters long to reach the soap. ;-)

Have stayed here 3 times before, so we were happy to return. Disappointed that we now had to pay for parking and the restaurant menu seemed very much reduced from our previous visits. I don't remember if there had previously been tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but there were none now, yet cheaper hotel/motels provide them.

Disappointing and not as described. If I hadn't prepaid this we would have immediately left. Firstly parking is not free the information is incorrect. Secondly as stated on their web site rooms "were renovated in early 2024" no evidence of this! The room we were given was old,and dated,so we asked for an alternative and eventually were given another room that has not seen any renovation whatsoever.Small window looking onto the car park and I don't believe all the sea view rooms were taken. The bathroom was the size of a phone box with a small towel each!.. Breakfast was in a small dated room,with small tables with an unfriendly staff member who clearly dislikes her job. It was a poor experience and not to the usual standard,in fact it was grim.We packed up quickly and got out,after paying our parking of course. The location is all old,dated and in need of TLC,the marina area being completely unsafe for anyone with children or pets because of the huge drop and no safety barriers. Never again!
