I arrived late in the evening (around 23) but previously got all the information about late check-in, and it all went smoothly. Ample parking, and very close to my destination for the day which was Mont Saint Michel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect too. The breakfast was abundant and had plenty of options.

The hotel is new, but it is located in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately, there was no outdoor furniture as shown in the photos, so there was nowhere to sit outside and enjoy a drink or play a game and it was not alloved to use the hotel breakfastroom outside hours. I would not recommend it for families planning to explore the surrounding area, as there are very few facilities nearby. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean.
