This hotel is not very comfortable and the rooms are extremely small. No space for moving or opening the luggage.

Our triple room was not fully made up when we arrived and we had to make a bed ourselves. The bin was full with additional rubbish on the floor. The room was generally dirty. The communal toilets were filthy and the toilet seats were cracked. We would have liked a cup to drink from in the room. Towels were an extra charge but I wouldn't have wanted to use the communal showers anyway! Breakfast was ok for the price. We have stayed in an F1 hotel before and were happy with the accommodation. This time we were very disappointed.

Good value clean rooms, basic but comfortable, just what was needed for a brief stopover to break up the journey, and Avranches is definitely worth seeing, beautiful town! Only small complaint was the toilets, which are shared and down a corridor, have no hand washing facility. There was a gel dispenser on one wall but it was empty. There was plenty of space for a wash basin. Why no hand washing facility? Please why make guests walk back to their rooms with dirty hands, touching all the handles and switches as they go?

Although bathroom amenities were shared, there was no issue with capacity, breakfast very good and desk staff very helpful.

I arrived to my room after a long drive, it was late at night and I used the code for the door several times, but it didn't work. I called the helpline and the lady on the phone was quite rude and seemed annoyed I had called. She came to the door and let me in with her key, then told me I wouldn't be able to leave the room as it would lock and I wouldn't be able to get in again unless I propped the door open. Bearing in mind there are no toilet facilities in the room. She said she was not able to reset the door code. I asked for the towel which I had paid for as there were none in reception. I asked for help regarding the door and the towel and she said "this does not concern me" and then left.

Pour les serviettes ainsi que les informations données sur l’utilisation de la chambre, nous reconnaissons qu’un accompagnement plus clair et plus professionnel aurait dû vous être apporté. Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour l’ensemble de ces désagréments et restons à votre disposition si vous souhaitez échanger davantage afin de trouver une solution adaptée.
