I arrived to my room after a long drive, it was late at night and I used the code for the door several times, but it didn't work. I called the helpline and the lady on the phone was quite rude and seemed annoyed I had called. She came to the door and let me in with her key, then told me I wouldn't be able to leave the room as it would lock and I wouldn't be able to get in again unless I propped the door open. Bearing in mind there are no toilet facilities in the room. She said she was not able to reset the door code. I asked for the towel which I had paid for as there were none in reception. I asked for help regarding the door and the towel and she said "this does not concern me" and then left.

Pour les serviettes ainsi que les informations données sur l’utilisation de la chambre, nous reconnaissons qu’un accompagnement plus clair et plus professionnel aurait dû vous être apporté.
