Checked in to a room welcomed by few spiders on the bed. Complained to reception who mentioned will check but no follow up or compensation offered. I sent the photos to accor customer service but no reply ever so far. The air con did not work and the breakfast was served in a very unhygienic way. Despite raising concerns on my uncomfortable stay - despite being accor gold - no mention of what they could have done differently or gesture for alternatives.

I’m Platinum on AccorHotels, I do not understand why some hotels do not care about that, how they think you’re Platinum ??? > Staying lots of nights on Accor-Hotels it is not ? Why the main brand do not intervene on this ???

We have stayed at a few different Ibis hotels and expected it to be reliable. The room was very basic for the price - no lock on bathroom door, bedding felt unpleasant. We booked the breakfast but it was inedible due to the vast quantity of flies crawling over all the food. I saw man wave 7 flies off the cheese to take a slice. I would expect a hotel with this issue to cover the food.

When I first opened the door of the room it was a strong smell of sweat and feet. However, I asked for a room change and it was ok. Additionally every 15 mins there was a cut of the TV cable.

Booked two rooms for two nights at this hotel due to its location close to Mont St Michel. Unfortunately the air conditioning in my room was not working and no other rooms were available in this hotel. During the two hottest June days in record this meant sleeping was uncomfortable. Sadly after eating in the hotel restaurant on our first night my 89 year old dad got quite bad stomach problems and didn’t get much sleep.
